Singer Ashlee Simpson is set to sell her $6 million Los Angeles home after living in the estate for less than a year.
People magazine reported that the 21-year-old singer had only high praise for the property, but has decided to move into a beach house.
"The selling point for me was the closet," Simpson said, "It's 1,300 square feet."
The property, in the Encino area of LA, is surrounded by high profile neighbors and features an outdoor pool with a view.
The move for the "I Am Me" singer may be related to the fact that her boyfriend -- and band mate -- Braxton Olita, is a surfer, People said.
