Both were over on hoh comp

Why did they let James win the HOH when his guess was over the actual answer, just like Danielle's. Julie clearly stated that the rules for the tie breaker question were "closest without going over".

Well, both guessed over. So they should have told them they were both over and to guess again.

Just like the Price is Right.

julie said in the rules last night that if both people went over then the one closest would be the winner that was jamens
