last time they were at red rocks (i went to about 50 concerts there. I grew up in arvada colo.)
if their heading out from colo again there is soooooooooooooooo
many spots to run from.   the former lowrey airforce base,CU stadium in boulder,invesco at mile high,
there is a ton of spots to run from

If the information that geezergirl has is correct and the race did leave from Colorado we can assume they went to the Denver International Airport. I checked all international flights that departed today - and excluding the Canadian destinations the flights were as follows:

Cancun - 7am & 10:45am departure
Mazathlan- 9am departure
San Jose Del Cabo - 10am departure
Mexico City - 1:40pm departure
London - 11:41am, 6:45pm departure
Amsterdam - 12:38pm departure
Frankfurt - 5:35pm departure

I am hoping with the first spoiler that it is comfirmed that the  ROMBER will not return to ruin another season of TAR!!

plug in racers that draw bigger ratings. and after the last few ratings poor

They were a "ratings stunt" that CBS pushed on TAR - do you really think that they would have been cast any other way - Amber is pretty much usless - she just follows along with everything Rob tells her to do - not a single brain cell or thought of her own. 

how could romber ruin a season?
I want real team (Kevin & Drew, Momily, Blake & Paige, Cha, Cha, Cha, Dave & Lori, Ken & Gerard, etc.) - not these people out for another 15 minutes of fame or to promote something else they are trying to do.

It might have been the best ratings but, as I said above - it was a stunt - and it didn't work.  Only true fans keep coming back to watch the race every season.

Once again - another 15 minutes of fame to add on to their "careers" on TV - I certainly didn't watch it - nor have I ever seen a single survivor episode.  If CBS loves them so much - they why don't they give them a show    It's because it possibly wouldn't make it out of a pilot episode.

Television is all about ratings and you know they are going to plug in racers that draw bigger ratings. and after the last few ratings poor seasons they are going to go with what gets them the best draw.
Fame -whores - great...you must be rooting for Jonathug to be on there as well...maybe this time he will actually hit Victoria - to boost the ratings as well?  I did not enjoy or like the ROMBER tactics - I thought the dececption was low & not what a quality show that TAR is was needed.

and another emmy. look i have been watching since day one and still tivo
GSN every morning at 3am so i can re watch them on my lunch break.
I just finished watching lena do the Hay road block.  (what a woman)
dont tell me anything about true tar fans 
I am A TRUE fan from day one!
and even wrote a letter to cbs asking them why
they tried to ruin the show with TAR familiy edition.
yet  I also think romber was the best season because he was the smartest racer to ever run the race
so i guess that makes me a non true fan?
all I want is a good intriuging season for a change
and there hasnt been on since the romber season

Love, like, indifferent, dislike or hate.  ROb & Amber based strickly on performance should make all stars.

But we can assume that some teams that are even better don't make all-stars.

Based on profile, they most likely will make All-stars.

I don't really like it (and not even on how I personally feel about them as players or people).  simple fact is that in a regular season they were able to use their fame to effects that no other team has been able to do.  And even returning racers in an all star group wouldn't have the same degree of face regonition with locals (Ar has never even come close to approaching any of the seasons of Survivor they have been on).  And since getting local assiastance can be such a vital factor in this race (especially if you aren't the best navigators) it really gives them advantage that isn't based on genetic codes or skills learned while living.

Thats really my only problem with having this team (and to much lesser degree Allison and DOnny in season 5) on AR.

Hmmmm... I work with one of the members of one of the "confirmed" teams above. I haven't seen him in a bit (we don't necessarily cross paths on a daily basis) but it's very common for people here to be onsite at a client's for long periods of time. I think I'll wander by and see what's up.
He is from season 1, on most people's wish-lists (probably only omitted from people who didn't watch season 1), made a cameo in the family edition, is from NYC, was on an all-male team... I think that pretty much gives it away, or at least lets you know he's one of a popular duo.
I was out with a friend tonight, and told her about the rumors of All Stars starting and my co-worker being AWOL. And she told me that another TAR alum works in her company - Jill of Jill and John Vito. Just recently, she went on a leave of absence and didn't give any explanation. Office scuttlebutt was that she was doing another reality show, like maybe Survivor (?) or the Bachelorette (?!?!), but now my friend wonders if maybe it's TAR All Stars.

Of course Jill and John Vito are broken up, but don't they seem like the type that would still remain friends? Or maybe she has another race partner.

Or maybe she IS the next Bachelorette!

Given how close TAR Finale (and the Finale Party and TES) is (are), if they haven't started this by now, I'm guessing that the taping for the next TAR might be pushed back to January or something.  In addition, with the D/K rumors,

A calculated guess.  

No sightings anywhere in the world; if it is indeed an All-Star race, then someone whould have spotted someone by now.

TAR10 Ends December 10 with awards made on December 11 with Phil in attendence.

Doubt they would race over Christmas or New Years.

That leaves January or February.

And a Spring airing in time for the May sweeps!

Just quessing, of course, Puddin, but......................
