I love that....I totally agree and see Simon being that way also.   I also agree that Elliot sang better last night then before.  But that's usually how it is.  The first night, they know they are on the line so their nerves show up.  The following night, even though it can be nerve wracking, their performance has already been judged and therefore are able to relax a little.  JMO
