Are the challenges your favorite part of Survivor?

Then I've got a show for you, Viking: The Ultimate Obstacle Course on ESPN2
today(Monday) at 4:30 pacific. It's a show made in Japan with really intense courses, they start with a hundred contestants and only a handfull get through the first course. There are three episodes airing back-to-back.

This I might have to check out. I believe this is a British or Canadian cut of that Japanese show. There is an American version called something like Extreme Elimination and it's dubbed over with really stupid and corny comments.

The corny one is on Spike and it's called MXC, the guys calling the action on Viking take it serious. Viking is alot more hardcore and has serious competitors that are gymnists and acrobats etc. where as MXC appers to let the general public compete.

I've got DVR so it's kind of like Tivo. I can scan for something I want to watch. I just have to sit down and do it.
