This would be a fun thread in Anything & Everything.....posting lines from movies and guessing what they're from.  The person that guesses gets to post the next line!   :jumpy:

Great idea but I think it would go in Games and Fun, right puddin?  There was a similar movie-type game there last year.

Tricky RJ. LOL, it's not enough you have your own thread in Anything and Everything to drive up your post count? hehe

Hey, isn't this suppose to be all about Phil??  He looks cute in those young pictures.  Phil is the perfect host for the Amazing Race.  He probably has enough material to write about the intersting teams that have crossed the mat in all the seasons.  That would be a good read.  has anyone read his book NOW?  I should get it and check it out.

Yeah Bathfizzy...SUPPOSED to be about Phil!  But some peeps are post crazy! (there's a name for that, but I'll not say it here!!)

BAaaaCK TO PHIL:  I'd love to read his new book "Now".  And I agree he should write a book about his TAR experiences and the racers on the mat.  I'm sure there's a lot more "mat" stuff than we see in the show that would be LOL entertaining!  :lol3:

Okay, you want to talk about Phil ok great.
Anyone see him in "No Opportunity Wasted"?

Also, several years ago I saw him in a show on cable called "Best of Both Worlds". I cannot find very much information on this and I've even checked out TV.com.
Did anyone else catch this? The show was about him and his co-host visiting various places. Both would experience the culture, but one would do so extravagently and the other would go as cheap as possible. It had a very unique quality to it, yet I have failed to find it again or discover which network it was on, though I'm suspecting the travel channel.

There were a couple of episodes made as part of a pilot. Here's the publicity sheet for when it started. I caught the Hawaii episode and to be honest it wasn't that impressive. Just me, I guess; I preferred watching Alex to Phil (and I prefer watching Samantha Brown to either of them).
Anyway, here's the Wiki article on Phil that mentions the show as part of his resume. There's also some interesting extra information: for example, if you want to bribe him, bring along some Whittaker's peanut slabs.
