Thanx for the email....So I'm not sure since I have not read previous threads but I'm sure there is a question looming on some peoples minds the relationships POST TAR. Are you guys associating with any of the other families on the show? Did anyone from the Linz end up taking out one of your daughters??? Do tell Do tell...always love the reality gossip. The teams have kept in touch, much more so when the race was being shown than after - mostly by e-mail but also in person when people are traveling. There were no Linz-Bransen romances - no matter what you may have heard about me and Megan.

I know you guys didn't spend THAT Much time in Montreal or Toronto...But what were your most memorable task in both Toronto and Montreal (I was born in MTL and currently live in Tdot)

And can you get Nick from the Linz fam to come post on this board =) he was my FAV on that team.

A question, I'm sure you have seen the photos of the TAR10 racers mulling around a airport. I thought that was kind of strange. When you flew to Panama, did the producers hold the race teams up until everyone passed through customs?

I assumed they were waiting for a flight out, but I haven't looked too closely at the pictures. We were never artificially held up at an airport, teams just waited in turn at customs - normally it seemed that we made better time through customs than other travelers as officials seemed to be aware of what we were doing.

Well I do have a small race-related tidbit - Tony. Marion & Brian Paolo were passing through town on Sunday and our family went out to breakfast with them. They are doing well. End of news.

thats awesome, i wish i could goto us comsikular. i havnt been there since august 2004. ill be in chicago next weekend, dont know if i can get to the urinal, even though i was invited togoto the game. and ill be at yankee stadium next month on the sunday game.

Wally, I changed planes at O'Hare this weekend and picked up the newspapers. In past years, the Sox were treated as second class compared to the Cubbies in the Sports sections. It looks like that has changed. Have Chicagoans turned into frontrunners due to the success of the Sox?

The game last night was something else too. Being an Astros fan, I was sickened when Lidge gave up that grand slam in the bottom of the ninth. Thankfully the good guys won while I was asleep.

Pedaler, I don't know if people have changed allegiances as much as the Sox fans are getting out and supporting the team - plus there isn't much interesting to write about for the Cubs.

I had given up on last nights game after watching it on and off, until my son called me up after the 9th inning grand slam. Unfortunately, I stayed up and watched the rest of it to its unsatisfying conclusion.

Wow! Kogs, you and Wally's son must be hard core fans. I just stumbled into watching the grand slam while channel surfing before going to bed. It was unbelievable that the Sox could come back from such a deficit that late in the game. Almost as amazing as the Tigers having the best record in baseball.
