PREVIOUSLY ON .. THE AMAZING RACE:

Phil voice: Nine teams set out from Bradas Brazil. Lake/Michelle got off to a rough start. Teams flew 7,300 miles to Moscow, Russia. At the Roadblock, a terrified Yolanda took the plunge. (Locals laughing.) Wanda faced her fear of deep water. (Locals cheering.) Danielle/Dani and Eric/Jeremy shared a taxi, but D/D left their stuff and had to go back, causing them to fall behind. Joe/Monica got lost looking for the Detour, while other teams faltered looking for the CLUE. E/J reached the Pitstop but were greeted with a surprise. (Still racing! Here's your next CLUE.)

Nine teams remain. Who'll be eliminated next?

Eric/Jeremy, CLUE: Travel to Germany.
Phil: Teams must fly to Frankfurt, then by train to Stuttgart to the flagship Mercedes Benz factory.

Phil: Lake/Michelle, you're the second team.

Conf: Eric/Jeremy decide they like Danielle/Dani! What a surprise!

Sundown.
Ray/Yolanda, 3rd to the bathmat, still racing with the CLUE.
Ray: We wanna make it outta here TONIGHT!!

Still looking through dolls ... Fran/Barry now have the thingy and leave in 5th.

Phil: BJ/Tyler, you're the 4th team to arrive. Here's your CLUE.

Tyler: Fran/Barry are STILL IN IT!!
Phil: Fran/Barry, you're the 5th team to arrive.
Barry: OMIGOD!!!!!!
Tyler: It's not over until the Phil sings!

Wanda/Desiree finish washing the trolley in 6th.
Danielle/Dani finish in 7th.

Airport, everyone looks for the Lufthansa desk.
Tickets tonight, please?
Eric/Jeremy get a flight immediately.
Lake/Michelle can't get it. "Check in is finished."

Dave/Lori finish the trolley in 7th, Joseph/Monica close behind in 8th.

Danielle/Dani, bathmat in 6th.
Wanda/Desiree looking for Phil, and arrive at the bathmat in 7th.
Joe/Monica run to the bathmat, in 8th.

Dave/Lori, 9th.
Phil does the "last team to arrive" speech to scare the bejabbers out of 'em.

Lake/Michele get tickets.
Aeroflot has a 9:15 departure, tonight!

Other teams in line, lamenting the lack of speed with which the line is moving. It's 8:20 and a flight leaves in less than an hour, which they can see on the toteboard.

Eric/Jeremy at Lufthanza, have to board a speed-train to their gate.

Aeroflot closes the ticket window right in front of Ray/Yolanda.
Yo: Can you ask again?
Woman behind counter: No.

BJ/Tyler, somehow make it on the train and take off 9:15 with Lake/Michelle.

First flight out tomorrow, 7:00 am. EQUALIZER for all the other teams.

Dave: CRAP.

In Moscow Airport ... no luck.
Teams will return in the morning.
Other teams will spend the night in the airport.

Eric/Jeremy prove their gayness by asking "Johann" about the girls in Germany. Trite pickup lines, anyone!?

E/J, CLUE: Take a test drive to receive your next clue.
Phil: At 8:30 am, test drive the wall of death.

Lake/Michelle and BJ/Tyler get the clue behind them, and all three teams will wait until 8:30 am.

Airport, 5:30 am, teams get their boarding passes.
All the remaining teams leave on the 7 am flight.

At the track.
Dude: Good morning. I'll be your driver today.
The three lead teams reach 170 km/h.

E/J and BJ/Tyler finish the track and get their CLUE.
Phil: Teams will drive 200 miles to Bad Tolz. In the Bavarian countryside, they'll search for the clue in Ellbach field.

Lake/Michelle leave in 3rd.

The other 6 teams leave Frankfurt airport together and learn how to say "SCHNELL!"

Dave/Lori, then Ray/Yolanda, do the test track.
Wanda/Desiree next.
They think "schlop" means fast.
Joseph/Monica 7th on the track.
Fran/Barry last to get the test track clue.

Dave/Lori leave for Bad Tolz in 4th.
Ray/Yo leave in 5th.
Both teams ask directions.
Wanda/Desiree finish the track in 6th.
Joseph/Monica finish in 7th.
Lots of shrieks and whee's.
They ask directions to Bad Tolz.
Desiree: Do you have to say everything in bad Spanglish? Why do you have to speak with that accent? It's making it hard for people to understand you!

Making quick work of the field, E/J, CLUE: Drive yourselves to Bavaria Film in Grunwald, and take the gnome with you.

Lake/Michelle and BJ/Tyler arrive at the field same time.
Michelle: The gnome is lucky. You want the gnome!
Tyler: Find that gnome! Bring it home!
Lake finds one immediately. They get the clue.
BJ still overturning stuff.
BJ finds a gnome.
Off they go in 2nd and 3rd place.
But Lake and Michelle have to take their "direction-giver" home first, before they can leave ... lol

Fran/Barry finish gnoming in 4th.
Barry conf: Today, we hit our stride.

Danielle/Dani and Wanda/Desiree are hopelessly lost, driving in circles on an Autobahn through Germany.

They turn around. Again.
Wanda: Dammit, Des!
Desiree: Don't you dammit me!
Finally, a sign they recognize.
They suddenly find it enjoyable.

E/J, CLUE: DETOUR: Break it or Slap it.
Break: Break stunt bottles over each other's heads, until you find one with the word "prost." Can only break 1 bottle per cuckoo on this clock.
Slap it: Must successfully complete this knee-and-shoe-slapping folk dance.

Eric/Jeremy ...
Clock: CUCKOO!
They break bottles.
Clock: CUCKOO!
They break more bottles.
Nothing!

Ray/Yo reach the Roadblock. Ray looks for the gnome.
It's drizzling.
Joseph/Monica arrive.
Ray/Yo find a gnome, and leave.

Dave/Lori find "MoJo" at the field, and search for a gnome.
Joe finds one, they leave.
Dave finds one, now in 7th.

CUCKOO!
Eric/Jeremy: German Karate! Wow!
CUCKOO!
Eric/Jeremy: This is getting old.

BJ/Tyler reach the DETOUR and go for Break.
Finally E/J find the word, and leave.
CLUE: Make your way to the next pitstop.
Phil: Leopoldstraffe, this 153 year old monument is the pitstop. Last team to check in may be eliminated.

Michelle: You're gonna break a bottle over my head?
Lake: Yes!
CUCKOO!
BJ: Nein!
CUCKOO!
Tyler: Crash!
CUCKOO!
Lake: You only have to barely hit me.
CUCKOO!
Michelle hits him, and there's the word.
CUCKOO!
BJ/Tyler find the word next.

BJ/Tyler run backwards toward the bathmat.

Fran/Barry try again to get the dance right.
Man: Good!
Audience: YY!
Fran: Very fun! "Make your way to the pitstop!"

Mo/Jo do the Break.
CUCKOO!

Ray/Yo find another Benz, think they've found the DETOUR, and get passed by Dave/Lori as they falter on the way.

Ray can't fit into the skinny-man's dance outfit.
Yo: Your butt's too big!

Dave/Lori finish smashing.

Wanda/Desiree reach the gnome field.
Danielle/Dani find the field.
Both teams search and lament their lastitude, again.
Danielle/Dani find it, and leave.
Des: Mom! I have looked under every one!! Mom! I don't know where it is! They're all gone!

It's getting dark.
Shades of the zoftig pair lost in the hayfield?

Yes [The girl desiree was Very cleaned up] also i think after you are eliminated you are interviewd sepretly [so that can be another hint if you see someone interviewd by themselves]

Also shocked that RY, DD, and FRAN AND BARRY all had differnt confessional spots than other others [i wouldnt have been shocked if it was just RY and DD because they prolly arrived very late but FB arrived early.]
