I think the judges need to be telling the contestants more of what they need to improve then argueing over what each other says.

Eh.  I think they're entertaining actually!  That's why they go on about stuff.  Would we like them to be always serious?  Nope. Then we'd be complaining about that!   Perhaps their actions help the contestants feel more at home...like here's 3 judges who are also human beings, who sometimes disagree with each other.  :waves:
