What about voteoffs?

I am hearing all sorts of things about Exile Island, but are there still tribal councils, and are people going to be voted off? Obviously, this will happen, but when? February 2nd start, 16 contestants, May finale. You put it together...

Maybe that person will have to compete  by thier self in order to come back to the tribe...maybe they compete with their tribe they left....but how do they get to exile?  Tribe pics, draw straws, worst performance at the challenge?
