THE FOLLOWING PROMOTION IS VALID IN THE 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AND D.C. ONLY. VOID IN ALASKA AND HAWAII, ALL U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED BY LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF 8/16/05 AND A LEGAL RESIDENT OF AND CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES OR D.C. RealNetworks, Inc. ("Sponsor") is offering this Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes").
NO PURCHASE OR SUBSCRIPTION TO SUPERPASS NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE OR SUBSCRIPTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. To enter, you must be 18 years of age or older as of 8/16/05 and a legal resident of the 48 Continental United States or District of Columbia ("D.C."). Employees of RealNetworks, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, agencies, suppliers and partners, and members of the immediate families (defined, for these purposes, as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, and each of their respective spouses) or households of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate. Proof of eligibility will be required.
2. Sweepstakes begins on 8/16/05 and ends on 9/8/05 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Limit three (3) entries per household regardless of entry method.

To enter online, you must be a SuperPass subscriber, or you must first register for a free 14-day trial subscription by following the instructions on the website noted below. Please read all terms and conditions of the free trial subscription carefully on website before accepting a trial subscription. (All free trial subscribers and paid subscribers will hereafter be referred to collectively as "subscribers".) All subscribers may visit http://smilparse.real.com/showcase/superpass/bigbrother6/contest.html during the Sweepstakes Period, provide all required information, and follow the on-screen instructions to submit an entry, subject to the limitations noted in these Rules with respect to the maximum number of entries per household. All subscribers can also automatically get one (1) additional entry by claiming the free monthly game, and one (1) additional entry by claiming the free music credits included in the SuperPass subscription. All online entries must submitted and received by the Sponsor between 12:00:01 pm Eastern Time ("ET") on 8/16/05 and 11:59:59 pm ET on 9/8/05. If you do not want to be contacted for future promotional purposes, please do not check the opt-in box on the online entry form. Proof of submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator.4
. Anyone (subscribers and non-subscribers) may enter by mail, subject to the limitations noted in these Rules with respect to the maximum number of entries per household. To enter by mail, handprint your name, address, age, daytime and evening telephone numbers and email address (if you have one) and the words "I want to win the Real SuperPass Big Brother Sweepstakes" on a 3" x 5" card or piece of paper, and mail it in a #10 business size envelope to: Real SuperPass Big Brother Sweepstakes, P. O. Box 6009, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089-6009. All entries must be postmarked by 9/8/05, and received by 9/14/05. You may submit mail-in entries subject to the limitations on maximum entries per household noted in these Rules; however, each entry must be mailed in a separate envelope. Proof of entry submission will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due mail or entries, all of which are void. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.5. In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" means the natural person who was assigned the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winner may be required to provide proof to Sponsor that he/she is the authorized account holder. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for: (i) electronic transmissions or entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected or not received by Sponsor or its agents for any reason, (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions, damage to entrants' or any person's computer and/or its contents, or causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or (iv) any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules; all such entries will be disqualified. All incomplete or otherwise non-conforming entries will be disqualified. All entries become Sponsor's property and will not be returned. If for any reason this Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or if this Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes. If this Sweepstakes is terminated before the original end date, Sponsor will select the winners by random drawing from among all eligible online entries received as of the termination time/date, combined with all mail-in entries received through the stated end date. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and prosecute any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or who enters using any automatic or programmed entry duplication method that is prohibited under these rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR OTHERWISE CORRUPT OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY, PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
6. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes may not be transferred, assigned, redeemed for cash or substituted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
7. The following prizes will be awarded: One (1) Grand Prize: a trip for two (2) (winner and a guest) to see the Big Brother Awards Show scheduled to be held in Los Angeles, CA on September 20, 2005. Prize includes roundtrip, coach class air travel from a major airport near the winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) departing on September 19, 2005 to a major airport in the Los Angeles area (as determined by Sponsor); two (2) nights of standard hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor's choice consisting of one (1) double occupancy room; two (2) reserved seats to the Big Brothers Award Show on September 20, 2005; and roundtrip ground transportation between hotel and airport. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,000. Actual travel dates/arrangements are subject to change based on final date of Big Brother Awards Show and/or any scheduling changes that may arise for any reason. Actual value of prize will depend on point of departure and any airfare fluctuations, and any difference between the actual value and the value stated herein will not be awarded. Grand Prize winner and his or her guest must travel together on the same itinerary on the dates and times specified by the Sponsor or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Winner's guest must be the age of majority in his/her state of residence. Restrictions on travel/accommodations may apply. Air transportation provided only if Grand Prize winner does not reside within one hundred (100) miles of Los Angeles, CA. If winner resides within one hundred (100) miles of Los Angeles, s/he will receive the use of a rental car (if eligible) in lieu of air travel. Grand Prize trip is subject to air travel and hotel availability, holiday and blackout dates, and other restrictions. Return travel must take place on the day following the Big Brother Award Show. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Once booked, no change, extension, or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Grand Prize winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents. All meals, gratuities additional ground transfers, transportation, excursions, insurance, incidentals, and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his or her guest. Three (3) First Prizes: $500 cash. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,500. If a potential winner cannot accept prize as stated, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, provided, with respect to the Grand Prize, that time permits. All income taxes on prizes are solely the winners' responsibility. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received from both entry methods combined. Limit one (1) prize per household. If a prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded in the minor's behalf to a parent or legal guardian, who must sign and return all required documents in accordance with these rules and, in the case of the Grand Prize, accompany winner on trip.
8. On or around 9/14/05, David Kessler & Associates, Inc., the Sweepstakes Administrator ("Administrator") will conduct a random drawing to select the winners from among all eligible entries received from both entry methods combined. Administrator is independent of Sponsor, and Administrator's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. All potential prize winners must comply fully with these Official Rules in order to be eligible to win and receive their respective prize. Sponsor or Administrator will attempt to contact potential winners by telephone, mail and/or e-mail (if applicable) within approximately two (2) days after the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted directly within two (2) days after Administrator's or Sponsors' first attempt at contacting such potential winner, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be randomly drawn from among all remaining eligible entries, provided, with respect to the Grand Prize, that time permits. Potential winners are required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, except for TN residents, a Publicity Release, within one (1) day of initial written or email notification, or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, provided, with respect to the Grand Prize, that time permits. Winner's guest must also sign and return a liability/publicity release as a condition of accompanying winner on trip.
9. By accepting a prize, each winner (or his/her parent or legal guardian) consents to the use of his/her name and/or likeness for advertising, promotion, public relations or trade purposes in commerce and in any media worldwide without limitation or additional compensation (such consent being optional for Tennessee residents).
10. To obtain the names of the winners, send a self addressed stamped #10 size envelope to: Real SuperPass Big Brother Sweepstakes, P. O. Box 6185, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089-6185. Requests must be received by 10/28/05.
