Topic: Finale Vidcaps updated with AOL " Jump" preview

I noticed something interesting in the vidcaps of Joyce and Uchenna. They have two bandannas, one black and one blue, which they alternate wearing (and sometimes Uchenna doesn’t wear one). They also have three outfits in these clips: 1) Joyce in black jacket zipped up or down (white shirt not visible) and Uchenna in white t-shirt; 1)Joyce in black jacket (white shirt visible underneath) and Uchenna in either white shirt or yellow shirt; and 3) Joyce in white shirt, Uchenna in yellow shirt. Based on the bandannas, the outfits and the lighting, I think the order of their clips might be something like this (#s are from original order in screen caps):

In car on way to task

After the task, back in car

Based on this order, here’s my guess at the timeline.

London to Jamaica

1. Arrive Jamaica.
2. Joyce/Uchenna have flat tire.
3. Cops pull over Rob/Amber's car.
4. Ron/Kelly seem to have no travel mishaps.
5. Detour: Mining or something else. Uchenna/Joyce mine. Ron/Kelly not seen, Amber/Rob not seen.
6. Roadblock:  Jump and swim: Jump from “bridge”, swim certain distance, then climb up hill. Amber does it.  Ron does it. U/J not seen.
7. Amber can’t run after swimming, Rob carries her.
8. Amber limbos, still in outfit she wore swimming. Still part of the roadblock? Rob seems to be waiting outside. Ron seems to be running in same location where Rob is. Seems to be night time.
9. Pit stop: Rob/Amber first, Ron/Kelly second, Uchenna/Joyce last in final NEL.

Jamaica to Puerto Rico

1. Hours of Operation at white building force bunching. Uchenna and Joyce are wearing the clothes they are wearing in Raceygirl’s photo.
2. Detour: rafting or something else. Rob/Amber raft. Uchenna/Joyce and Ron/Kelly not seen.
3. Clue: leave Jamaica (go to PR? Miami?)
4. Is there a task in PR?
5. Amber/Rob get good flight from PR to Miami (or think they do) and are happy on plane.
6. Uchenna/Joyce arrive Puerto Rico (Raceygirl photo) but miss good flight from PR to Miami.  Joyce puts on black jacket inside airport.
7. Ron seen asking someone for information in PR. PossiblyRob in background of that photo, which could contradict R/A getting on better flight.

I still don't get why they would combine jumping with limbo. Maybe "who wants to get down?" Odd.

I can't get the pictures of Joyce crying to fit any scenario, unless she switches bandannas from black to blue, in which case it could be en route to Puerto Rico. Or if they have a connecting flight in Jamaica and they switch bandannas then.

The only way I can do that it take pictures off my tv with my digetal camara , trust me they are not worth it ..I've tried  (%# .
Also to note while Romber are on the rafts they are pointing so they are probably looking for a flag /marker .
While U&J are doing what maybe some sort of " ore" searching ( both with plastic gloves on ) they are not happy at all .

Some more things to ponder:

Flights from LHR to KIN are via on American Airlines. One flight leaves at 9:45AM and arrives at 5:55PM via Miami. This seems to me to be the flight they take if they leave the morning after the pitstop.  I estimate that Ron and Amber finish first in mid-afternoon before the sun sets at 3:51. Both Ron and Kelly and Uchenna and Joyce arrive after it is completely pitch black and Tower Bridge is brightly lit, so they probably arrive somewhere around 5:00PM or later.  Therefore, R/A would be leaving around 2:00AM and the others around 5:00AM.  Unless there is some other task to perform, they all could bunch up on the 9:45AM flight. There are other flight possiblities but they all leave in the evening and arrive in Jamaica around noon time the following day. There have been no hints at the teams doing anything in London before flying off to Jamaica, but there are a lot of possiblities for them to do stuff during the day, Dec. 14 and then fly off to Jamaica on Dec. 15.  This would give them a good 5 hours to complete tasks in Jamaica before the sun sets at 5:33PM.

There are new shots of Ron running up to a brightly lit castle or fort in Jamaica (after 5:30PM)  This could be FORT CHARLES  in Kingston the only remaining of six forts that at one time guarded the harbor of Kingston.  Will try to locate a picture of Fort Charles (hey, Puddin' are you listening?)  Also it looks like the limbo may occur here or it could be the pit stop in Jamaica.

Interesting thing to note, which isn't captured by the vidcaps. We have Rob and Amber scrambling down the steep embankment to the river for the rafting bit.  But on the way down they seem to pass Uchenna (white tank top) and Joyce (black shirt) on the way UP!  Have they taken one look at the rafting bit and decided to do the other part of the DETOUR which seems to be building something which looks like a ladder or some such. Kelly and Ron are doing the same task! And the shots here do not match U/J running to the white building.

On the run to the white building, this is a typical scene of how the teams bunch up at the beginning of the day when they have to wait for some attraction to open. (Railroad Museum in Budapest for example.)

We have shots of Uchenna and Joyce with plastic hand protectors on handling some kine of rocks or something.  Another Detour task?

AND, there is a quick shot of someone driving a golf ball on some golf course.  This does not look like a team member but a production dude during Phil's intro to the task (as was the case of the couple running across Abbey Road last week.)

So that's another task and we already seem to have two ROADBLOCKS Bridge Jumping and Limbo.

And two DETOURS: Rafting and Building Bamboo; Picking buxite ore and Driving golf balls

Or is Limbo a team task and Rob has to be limber also?

So much information being given us BUt with one important ingredient missing:  WHAT HAPPENS ON WHAT DAY IN WHAT ORDER?

And most important of all what happens in Jamaica and what happens in PR and do we go to another island like the Bahamas?

It lookls like one DETOUR  is either to steer a raft down stream or build something out of bamboo.  U/J go down to the river bank but come back up (change their minds on which task to do for the detour) and go to the building area (they are dressed the same as on the riverbank: Uchenna white tank top; Joyce with black shirt.)  Kelly and Ron are also seen at work with Kelly banging what looks like at ladder rung.

And there is a golf shot. So it looks like this is part of another detour since we have two ROADBLOCKS so far: Bridge Jump and Limbo.

But could the Bridge Jump be in Puerto Rico and not Jamaica? Or do we have two Roadblocks in one day? That would be a first!

Just thought of something: could the DETOUR be: Diving or Driving?  One team member must dive off the bridge, or one team member must drive the golf balls?  That could lead to the ROADBLOCK for the LIMBO.

Maybe Ron running in front of the fort has nothing to do with the limbo? Maybe they have to get a clue in Puerto Rico, and their task is to go from the airport to old San Juan, find a <a href="http://www.nps.gov/saju/forts.html>specific fort[/url] and search for their next clue, which tells them to go the final pitstop?

There are a lot of forts in old San Juan. It's not that far from the airport 30-45 minutes, I think.

I still don't understand how Uchenna and Joyce look so clean in the Raceygirl picture where they are going into the PR airport. In these caps, we see them in the outfit from the Raceygirl picture, but they look like they've been in the water, and Uchenna's pants are drenched.

Is it in Jamaica before the NEL? If so, when did they change clothes and swap bandannas?
Is it the next day, after the NEL, and the diving is the final task before leaving Jamaica for PR, so their clothes have dried by the time they reach PR?
Or is it a task in PR?

And also, why is there a clip from outside Fenway Park (where Rob and Amber's intro pic is from)? It's right before the golf course clip. There aren't any clips from U/J or R/K's intros.

theory: Uchenna and Joyce are a few miniutes ahead of rob and amber, and choose the rafting detour. They run down the hill and see it, and turn around and go back up to do the other detour. Why else would they be running out, the most logical theory would be the teams would get their clue at the other side of the river or what ever it is, and then just leave from there, not raft back.

I think from seeing those very fuzzy vidcaps, it also could Castillo de San Cristo'pal  in Old San Juan looks very similar as Orlando thoughts on the Fort Charles one. ???cant capture photos, but did visit couple sites, it most matched the little bit we see.

Gee, I missed the clock and came up with almost the same times just by guessing how big a lead R/A had. But no matter, it just means that everyone ends up bunched at the airport either the next morning or that afternoon, if they have to do some task in London first which CBs has carefully not shown any promos of.

With the time running out on the racers before their appearance in San Juan Puerto Rico, I am leaning toward guessing that they take the 9:45AM flight to Kingston va Miami arriving in Kindston at 5:05PM.  The airport is on the way from downtown Kingston to Port Royal the location of one of Kingston's best know landmarks: FORT CHARLES which I'm sure would be floodlit at night.  And this is wild guess that the clue tells them to proceed to the fort for their next task. This could be the limbo which we see being done at night.  Ron is running toward the castle late arriving after Rob and Amber.  Uchenna and Joyce are not seen because they stopped in a bookstore at the airport to buy a guide to Jamaica and that is where they lost the clue and perhaps had to go back and try to find it so they are running very late to the Fort.

But again, it doesn't matter as all three teams arrive at the Bridge and have to wait until daybreak (5:34AM) to run in and find the clue box.

The first task is the ROADBLOCK to dive off the bridge.  Ron, Amber and Uchenna do this task.

Completing the task leads them to the DETOUR: Steer a bamboo craft down a rapidly moving river, or Build a structure from Bamboo. Uchenna and Joyce start out to do Steer, but change their minds and climb back up the cliff passing Rob and Amber coming down who do the task.  Ron and Kelly just do the Build task.

Two unaccounted tasks:  sorting some kind of rocks or buxite ore samples; and hitting golf balls somewhere.

And the mystery of all mysteries why in the world are they going to Puerto Rico from Jamaica when most flights have to backtrack first through Florida (Miami or Fort Lauderdale)

Could it be that from Jamaica they go first to another Caribbean Island and then to Puerto Rico?  We still have some unaccounted for pix in the flash intro sequences.

Open to ideas (except for who wins and loses - that's another thread)
