I could make out The Reilly Sisters, Rupert & Eliza and Corinne. I know someone asked before if those jellyfish in the sky were only decorations, it actually looks like its apart of the first task?

Tokyo's great, but it would be awesome if they immediately speed off on a train to somewhere else in Japan.

It's been a long time that I didn't make a chat here in RFF. 

Anyway, if they're racing in Japan right now there's a recent news of an earthquake that struck on that country today (another TAR disaster curse?):

Hopefully they're alright & safe there.  About that jellyfish task that I'd seen on some of the pictures on this post, if their 1st leg for TAR 31 is really somewhere in Japan, FYI they even have a meal for that but unfortunately in spite it is their delicacy, the jellyfish known for the locals as Echizen kurage or also known as Nomura's Jellyfish is one of the most poisonous jellyfish in the world:
