But why would they do that? Why not have Leg 3 Duncan and they go for leg 4 international?
If Leg 3 was an elimination leg, that would be 1 less team to go = a bit of saving there.

Exactly. It's all about the budget.

If they keep doing 10 teams a year, first 3 legs in Canada before international, this show is going to get STALE and PREDICTABLE. Leg 3 could be half Duncan and half international??? Duncan's a pretty small city tbh.

Maybe they'll move a little north and do part of the leg in Nanaimo (where the bar of the same originated, yes)

Duncan has dozens upon dozens of totems. There's a walking tour, with many clustered in the core. Sounds like a task to me.

So Duncan,BC confirmed to be leg3!
Race car task, and totem task... Wonder if they will stay the whole time there or go to Nanaimo.

First and foremost, Season 4 began with ten teams before flying abroad for its third leg.

Second of all, TARCAN has never done a split domestic-international episode.

Yahoo they are there!!

In the first picture out of the boat, we have team#7 and I think the other is team #5
And then team # 2 and 10 on the pie eating challenge

They're going to Saltspring Island? That'd be...interesting.

Saltspring is basically the BC capital of hippie (and weed) culture. A ton of the old Canadian rockstars live there, including Randy Bachman from BTO.

I didnt recognize the face of the guy as team 9, and the guy from team 5 also had a red coat on the starting line, that's why I was thinking team 5

Based off of what we have:
It looks like Teams 7 and 8 were at the pie eating first. Then, team 2 came in and finished before Team 10.

I was just re watching the live with Jon video, and he mentioned that the race car task was the Roadblock. So I guess this is the second part of the leg, in Duncan.

No this the first part.

Sorry, what I meant was:

Fly to Vancouver, then ferry to Salt Spring Island
Salt spring Island is the first part of the leg, then Duncan (roadblock and pitstop with maybe another task)

First boot looks to be either Annette/Melissa or the non-Argos F/F.

No, we still have no sighting of team #1 post the ferry ride.

We have 8 teams save past leg 1 (don't forget leg 1 could be a non-elimination leg)

We have save for leg 2: Team 2/5/7/8/10

One of the Salt Spring Island images looked like one of the balding M/M covering his head with a cap.

This seems to be team 10 running?

Nice video running past Mouat's in Ganges, Salt Spring. https://www.facebook.com/saltspringexchange/videos/10156474579501133/

Not SEEN does not mean not THERE.

Which fails to contradict how at least one team has been eliminated, either in Squamish or Dawson City.

Actually Both team 1 and 4 could still be in the race.
If leg 1 was non-elimination, then a team seen in Dawson, but not seen here in Duncan could have been eliminated.

Ex: Team 3, 6 and 9 have not yet been seen in Duncan

Last american season, we didn't see the skiers between leg 2 and 4, and lots of people were quick to say they were eliminated in leg 3!
