The previews have Shawn/Cedric at Bab Haha, on the north side of the medina.

As noted in the previews after Episode 1, the belly-dancing Detour task is at the Restaurant Mamounia Palace.

The delivery side of the Detour starts on Grand Socco, just 100m away.
