City Hall (and the airport actually) are regularly lit up in different colors for different things. (Local sports teams, causes, flag colors) It's easy to swap out filters for the lights. I tagged along once at SFO.

These tasks don't seem finale worthy imo, all they did was kayaks get balls, then get driven to China town on boat do fortune cookie task then go to city hall??? There better be more

If there was anyplace that got the marriage equality movement its legs towards legal victory its IS San Francisco City Hall, btw, when Gavin Newsom was mayor in 2008 and issued all those marriage licenses, during a gap period which was later validated by the courts.
Of course this season will air in 2018, which is ten years later! (And 14 years and 26 seasons after two gay men won the Race under the tagline "married.")

Wouldn't be surprised if the final mat is close to TAR 2's with the Golden Gate Bridge, but at night.

Right now though, the more picturesque Finish Line though would be somewhere the Bay Lights on the Bay Bridge are visible in the background:

I speculated to someone lately that a cool task would have been to copy what the Bachelor did a few seasons on the Bay Bridge and have racers walk up the suspension cable from the roadway to the top of a tower. Probably too dangerous at night and really no way for teams to pass each other. Unless they climbed different towers. I didn't think of that before.

Could be indoors. Plenty of theaters around the area, like TAR21's night finale.
Kinda funny having teams run around the area. Maybe even into the Tenderloin. At midnight?!  lol

Yeah there are 3 or 4 theaters with stages that could be used for memory challenges. Take a wrong turn in the Tenderloin and we could have a switchback to Charla and Mirna and the Polish Streetwalker. "Don't bother her, she's working."

Yup, lots of hills.  I can't see them running south though, not this time of night.

I mean, there's plenty of places to run to in the Civic Center area. But it can't be that far at this time of night. Plus, it's not like they could easily find a taxi to another location, if there is one after either. Very strange.

That would be interestingly too close I would think to run to. Though it certainly would be hidden from view of the cluebox at City Hall, depending on where in the plaza it was at.

Even thought the Palace of Fine Arts is further, there are less hills, and man, that would be a fantastic place for the finish.

Anyone think there is one more (memory) task, or just a foot race to the end now?

I'm confused, I thought they were running to it? Now in other thread it says they taking taxis?
