Actually, as of last year, it's now an official alternate name.

Thinking about it, I'm SPECULATING that we have a timeline like

- Oct 12 - leg 6 in Prague - someone (probably Violinists) eliminated in seventh place
- Oct 13 - extended pit stop for teams / Phil flies to Zimbabwe
- Oct 14 - teams travel to Zimbabwe
- Oct 15 - leg 7 near Harare - "keep on racing"; teams encounter an hours of operation bunch
- Oct 16 - leg 8 in Harare - someone eliminated in sixth place

This fits our well-established filming pattern! The only anomaly is Leg 5, which (since Arles is so close to St-Tropez) would usually not get the gap day on 9 Oct. Perhaps there's more to Leg 5? (We do know teams were flying out of Marseilles on 11 Oct though.)

Agreed that it'd be a night leg in Hong Kong. Otherwise, there's no good reason to spoon-feed flights between Chiang Mai and Hong Kong.

There hasn't been any consistency in the past few seasons on when the finale leg takes place:
In TAR 29 they waited in Seoul for a full extra day-and-a-half before flying to Chicago.
In TAR 28 they left Shenzhen for a flight out of Guangzhou the very same night at 12:30am.
In TAR 27 they spent the night in Hong Kong and left the next morning at 9:30am.

Considering it's a night leg, it's unlikely production would schedule a flight leaving for the US tonight (LAX at 12:05am, SFO at 12:30am). More likely teams would spend the night in Hong Kong and leave tomorrow (23 Oct), giving us an arrival in the US for the finale on 23 Oct. Although it's also possible they go to Seoul route (extra rest after a night leg) and run the finale on 24 Oct instead.

So watch out for the finale back in the States on 23 or 24 Oct!

I believe, based on the sightings and the video of the skiers talking to the guy at AT&T Park, the task was:

They needed to find out how many career home runs Willie Mays hit (660). Then proceed to the kayaks to search for three baseballs with the numbers 6, 6 and 0 which they would give to the umpire who would give them the next clue.

So on the timeline, AT&T Park/Willie Mays Plaza first for the cluebox, then Pier 40/South Beach Harbor for the kayaks. 

Also, SFO would technically be a Route Maker too since they received a clue from someone in the Arrivals Lobby after they exited. Based on the photos posted.

Here are a few more details on San Francisco.  They got the clue at the Willie Mays statue and then ran to South Beach Harbor/Pier 40.  They kayaked to McCovey Cove, part of the Bay right next to AT&T park.  Upon completion of the task, they left in zodiac boats.  They did some unknown task and then arrived by boat at Pier15/Exploratorium.  From there, they went to Chinatown.

Eric/Daniel entered Moulay Hafid Palace with the sun at ~140° clockwise of North, which corresponds to around 11:15am. With a departure time of 12:25pm the next day, this means the Pit Stop was about 25h long.
