There should be a live stream posted in an RFF members separate LIVE STREAM thread.  We are still checking it out weekly, right now what we have is LIVE and LIVE + ONE HOUR.
 
Since some can not watch LIVE,  PLEASE ** NO  OUTCOMES ** to be posted in the contestant threads for 24 hrs from show airing to give everyone a chance to watch later. Comments here are of course welcome.We will post info on ways to watch later in the same thread as the LIVE Links .

We start with a recap of last leg, then the intro!

This is Bangkok Thailand one of the fastest growing cities in Asia, here in the middle of the city, next leg will start

9:02 pm -AA Fly to Ottawa, Canada. A recap of 150th Canada celebrations.

Double U turn ahead.

A/E 11:50 Pm

Sam and Paul 11:51 pm - $1 for this leg of the race

K/R 11:54 pm

K/B 12:50 am

K/I 3:16 am

AA is forming an alliance with AE and S/P for the UTurn.  They are planning on the Twinnies strategy. And they wont use it oon each other.

All teams on the same flight via Hong Kong and Toronto.

When teams arrive they will get their next clue from Ottawa;s mayor at City Hall.

RI: Hog's Back Falls. Use Chevorlet cars to spell one letter of Canada. KI in first. K/R in second. A/E in third.

KI arrive first to ri.

KR finish this task first. A/E second.

Clue RB:

Who is ready to let it ride?

One team member must perform with RCMP. Groom horse, and then dress horse, then join cavalry to get their next clue.

Korey, Adam are doing rb, they are third/fourth.

A/E and K/R are together. Ryan and Andrea doing the rb.

K/I arrive at the rb.

AA right behind them.

Ryan now dressing the horse according to the example. Andrea is right behind her.

S/P finish car task in fifth and KB in last.

Andrea gets an inspection and is wrong.

Karen now cleaning the horse.

Ryan gets a check and is right. They are in first.

Andrea gets another inspection and they are correct. Ryan is now doing part 3 which is the cavalry. Ryan gets his clue.

Clue Detour.: Tiptoe through the Tulips.Commissioners Park, build cart and recreate tulip display., Search park for 12 bouquets and place them in correct order.

Get the Picture: Canadian Council of Arts. Find 20 pieces of work using serial numbers and take pictures of them.

AA right behind them.

Both choose tulips.

We are back.

Team giver ditch A/E as they dont know where they are going. But Team Giver went way too far.

Karen gets a check and is good and they are in fifth.

S/P are in last.

Both choose tulips. All 6 teams are headed to tulips.

All teams are lost on their way, AE stop to get directions.

SP arrive to the detour in first lol!

AE KB are 2nd third at detour.

KR arrive in fourth.

AA are in fifth.
 
KI are in last lol as usual they are not good with directions.

SP are now getting flowers after finishing assembling cart. They are followed by AE

KI have now arrived at detour

KB finish first and get a check. They are correct and are in first. Make your way to ByWard Market and find Beaver Tails.

SP get a check and are correct. They are in second.

KB choose not to use the UTURN

RI: Make your way to the Canadian Museum of History (in Gatineau Quebec).

AE finish detour in third.

SP are second to Uturn.They choose to uturn KR.

We are back.

AA get a check they are in fourth and right!

SP arrive first to museum.

150 challenge. How Canadian are you? Each racer will be given different variations of the citizenship test. When both members get 15/20 each they will get their next clue.

KR finish in fifth.

KI get a check but are wrong.

AE stop to get directions again! Andrea: lost is our middle name today lol.

AA arrive to Uturn. They decide to UTurn KI.  They think AE didn't uturn so they chose not to uturn lool.

Commercial.

We are back.

KB arrive to museum.

Sam and Paul get a check. Sam is right. Paul fails.

KI arrive to Uturn. They choose to uturn A/E

Omg Ryan's brother Johnny shows up randomly LOL. Kenneth gets the title quote.

AA arrive at the museum. Paul gets a check and fails again.

Karen and Bert get a check, Karen passes. Bert fails.

A/A get a check. Andrea passes even though she thought she did bad. Adam gets a check and they are correct.

Clue: Make your way to the terrace of the museum for the Ottawa River Outlook, the pitstop of this leg of the race.

AA are team number 1! Prize: Five city Canada Cross country tour.

Now each team reaffirms their citizenship lol.. this is ott.

AE arrive to uturn and realize they have been uturned. KR arrive to the art gallery to do the other side of the detour.

Ivana never did citizenship test because she was 12 and now she gets to do it...

Paul fails for the third time.

Bert on his 7th attempt.

Ivana and Korey keep failing.

Paul fails for the fifth time.

Bert fails again lol..

Commercial.

We are back.

Paul gets another check on his 8th attempt and he is right.

They check in second place.

KR finish the second part of the detour before AE even arrive. So its clear who is out ...

AE just arrive.

Bert's 13th attempt and he fails. KR arrive at the test.

Korey and Ivana get a check they are both right. They finish in third. Bert finally finishes the test. They are in fourth.

KI check in third. KB right behind in fourth.

AE finish the other side of the detour.

KR get a check at the test. Kenneth passes. Ryan fails. Ryan: Did Celine Dion make the anthem LMAO!

AE walk in and just do the test without studying.

We are back. Ryan gets a check. He is correct. They are on their way to the pitstop.

KR they are team number five.

AE finally check in (not shown finishing test). This is a Non-elimination leg of the race. Ebonie is crying. Next leg there will be a speed bump.

Next time: Newfoundland Labrador. Alliances crumble. Detour leaves teams adrift, Roadblock:Stand up comedy.

Well to be fair, when this was filmed the entire Ottawa Valley was flooded - the worst its been in years. The Ottawa River was particularly dangerous. The paths around the Pitstop/Cdn Museum of History were cordoned off.

I imagine any natural born citizen taking their own country's citizenship test would find it very difficult. Mark L told me on Twitter that he failed the simulated test 3 times. I believe it.

Actually, people born in Canada usually have a hard time taking the test, since it's about Canada's history and how Canada's government works + a bunch of things about Canada. Most people don't know their history, and are not that informed about how the government works.

Liked the leg design, with RB, Detour followed by ARI.
Liked that the W-Turn board was placed after completing Detour task (that's how it should be), and there was still a relevant ARI afterwards, not just complete Detour and head to Pit Stop.

And despite liking that the girls were saved, I always find it frustrating to have legs that feature a U-Turn or a W-Turn to be nom-elim.

Just saw it. Sorry I couldn't make it last night, guys!

Seemed like an alright leg, based on filming sightings I was expecting this to be the dud of the season (a la Season 4 Hamilton).

This is technically the first two-province leg since season 1 in the north. The history museum is on the Quebec side of the river in Gatineau. Hilarious how bad they failed the citizenship test, but then again those of us born here never had to take it.

I would have expected after the U-Turn they had to go inside and eat beaver tails (it's a Canadian pastry. Actually rather delicious)

Are we being set up for a give'r win? First they race in the town of Ryan's alma mater, then he runs into his brother on the street :p

The way andrea & adam didnt uturn which backfired on Andrea and Ebonie was rather intense.

Questions (as in what were they thinking?)

WHAT is the point of a Double U-Turn if you are going to have a NEL??   

Why didn't the Siblings just put up a team they knew was ahead of them? That wouldn't hurt any feelings...or is there a new rule not to do that?

Wonder who ole Mustard man was reading to find the teams?

I liked the tasks. The parking was original tho product placement. Horses are fun. The art task looked complicated and interesting.
Would have loved to see the team wrong answers highlighted. 

I took it and failed but heck I don't even know the provinces lol.
