ELIMINATION SYSTEM
Similar to the show, the last team to arrive with the lowest points (depending on the amount of players who signed up) WILL be eliminated each leg, unless the leg is a NEL or TBC. The team who comes in last on an NEL will have to perform a Speed Bump in which they have to overcome and complete successfully or face a penalty on the next leg. There will be no Speed Bump on a TBC leg.
There may also be other elimination(s) based on twists, such as the player with the lowest Prediction Round score etc. In such a case, these "special eliminations" will be listed in an infoencrypt clearly BEFORE the start of each leg to ensure fairness. :)
IMPORTANT: If you fail to complete both the Prediction and Selection Round, you will automatically be eliminated from the game unless it is a Non-Elimination or you have a SAVE pass. You will not be involved in any twists or whatsoever and will automatically come in last place.

GAME COMPONENTS
Players will score points through TWO game components:
1. Prediction Round
- A series of questions posted before each TAR 28 leg begins.
- These questions will be related to the TAR 28 episode(s) shown for that particular week.
- The minimum points for the Prediction Round will be capped at 300 Points. However, it is up to my own discretion if I decided to increase the points that can be scored from the Prediction Round for each leg of the game. But it should not be more than 500 Points.
- For this season as well, the Prediction Round will feature questions which may make you lose points!

THE ROUND CLOSES 5 MINS BEFORE THE SHOW STARTS AT 9:55PM EST.
YOU MAY CHANGE OR EDIT YOUR PREDICTION ROUND AS MANY TIMES AS YOU LIKE as long as it is before the stated deadline.
PS: If you did not manage to answer the questions before the round closes but managed to get it in before the episode airs (sent to my PM, posted on game board etc.), you will receive a 50 Points Penalty.
2. Selection Round
- Beginning the second leg, you will select one or two TAR 29 teams to help you score points in the game. Or if the host decides to provide a special combination of teams for you to choose from.
- Your score for the Selection Round depends on how well the team(s) you have selected perform on that specific leg of TAR29.
- The teams will score points based on the points system, which will be explained below.
- The maximum points that one can score from the Selection Round will be capped at 250 Points.
YOU CANNOT CHANGE OR EDIT YOUR SELECTION ROUND PICK(S) ONCE YOU'VE MADE THEM. Unless otherwise stated.
Hence, a total of AT LEAST 550 Points will be up for grabs each leg. :wohoo:

POINTS SYSTEM
NOTE 1: For players who have not played this game before. This is the part where i will explain to you how your selected teams can score points for you in this game.
NOTE 2: This section will be updated from time to time and players will be informed of any changes.
NOTE 3: On a leg where there is only one Detour or Roadblock, the Route Info task (usually) finishing positions will be used to award points to the teams. The host will decide which task to use for awarding points.

FINAL 9 TO 11: Maximum of 30 Points, -3 Points after every rank (30, 27, 24, 21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3, 0)
FINAL 6 TO 8: Maximum of 30 Points, -4 Points after every rank (30, 26, 22, 18, 14, 10, 6, 2)
FINAL 5: Maximum of 30 Points, -6 Points after every rank (30, 24, 18, 12, 6)
FINAL 4: Maximum of 30 Points, -8 Points after every rank (30, 22, 14, 6)
FINAL 3: Maximum of 30 Points, -12 Points after every rank (30, 18, 6)
Depending on when your selected team(s) finishes a Detour or Roadblock (the task which appear last on the show or in the event when there's 2 Roadblocks or Detours), they get the following points:
FINAL 9 TO 11: Maximum of 50 Points, -5 Points after every rank (50, 45, 40, 35, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5, 0)
FINAL 6 TO 8: Maximum of 50 Points, -7 Points after every rank (50, 43, 36, 29, 22, 15, 8, 1)
FINAL 5: Maximum of 50 Points, -12 Points after every rank (50, 38, 26, 14, 2)
FINAL 4: Maximum of 50 Points, -15 Points after every rank (50, 35, 20, 5)
FINAL 3: Maximum of 50 Points, -20 Points after every rank (50, 30, 10)
Depending on when your selected team(s) check in at the Pit Stop, they get the following points:
FINAL 9 TO 11: Maximum of 70 Points, -7 Points after every rank (70, 63, 56, 49, 42, 35, 28, 21, 14, 7, 0)
FINAL 6 TO 8: Maximum of 70 Points, -10 Points after every rank (70, 60, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10, 0)
FINAL 5: Maximum of 70 Points, -15 Points after every rank (70, 55, 40, 25, 10)
FINAL 4: Maximum of 70 Points, -20 Points after every rank (70, 50, 30, 10)
FINAL 3: Maximum of 70 Points, -30 Points after every rank (70, 40, 10)

There are also other ways in which your selected team(s) can pick up or lose points from! :D
--- Quote ---1. If a team is on the first flight into their country of destination, they will receive a bonus of 15 points. (If there is only one flight out of the country, this is null and void)
2. If a team who got U-TURNed survived the leg, the team will receive a 15 points bonus. However, if the U-TURN team did not survive the leg, they will not be penalized. The U-TURN has to be in effect for this to work.
3. If a team uses the U-TURN and check-in after the team they have U-TURN, they will receive a 15 points penalty. The U-TURN has to take effect for this to work. However, any team who uses the U-TURN will receive a 15 points bonus.
4. If a U-TURN team check-in before the team who U-TURN them, they will earn a 15 points bonus. The team has to be U-TURN in order for this to apply. For example, if a team has not been affected by the U-TURN as a team behind them uses it on them, this bonus will not apply.
5. If on any leg a team starts in last place on the previous leg and finishes first on the next leg, that team will earn a 15 points bonus.
6. If on any leg a team starts in first place on the previous leg and finishes last on the next leg, that team will receive a 15 points penalty.
7. If a team uses the Fast Forward, they will get a 165 points bonus. (Detour + Roadblock + Pit-stop Maximum Points + 15 Bonus Points)
8. If a team who went for the Fast Forward didn't come in first placing, the team will receive a 15 points penalty.
9. If a team beat the team who went for the Fast Forward and come in first place, the team will earn a 15 points bonus.
10. If a team has to complete the Speedbump that leg but managed to complete the Speedbump task and check-in first (aka Jet and Cord), the team will receive a 15 points bonus.
11. If a team finishes the first task of the leg (Detour or Roadblock) in last, but finishes the next task (Detour or Roadblock) in first, the team will receive a 15 points bonus.
12. More bonuses/penalties may be given by the hosts but this will not strike more than 10 points.
