I don't understand why everyone voted for Tony except Sandra and Tony (ironically). Though Sandra's comment saying what difference does it make if they lost two in a row swayed some voters I think.

I would disagree. I think everyone went into Tribal Council knowing who to vote out and I think everyone was just faking it at TC to blindside Tony.

Also I think Sandra has to play cocky because she has a huge target on her back. Looking to see how she survives after the swap!

Her conversation with Debbie showcased how greatly the latter is underestimated. But I don't want Debbs to declare war on Cirie!

Great premiere overall, I watched it with a friend so we're gonna skip 2 episodes now to binge watch in bigger portions. I'm excited for this season.


... though I'll say I've got very mixed feelings over the first 2 boots. Of course I wanted Michaela to stay over Ciera and hell yeah I prefer Sandra & Aubry over Tony, but really I would much rather have seen Caleb and Troy/Hali leave. :/

i agree with you. I think there was conversation between Malcolm & Caleb before tribal and CBS didn't show it, that's why they voted Toni instead of Sandra. I don't think they changed their mind at the tribal.
Sad Ciera out first, CBS didn't even show her speech exit (or did i miss it?). Toni... he's good character and fun to watch, too bad he's out early

The editing was really deceiving I guess? I thought a 5-4 split votes between Sandra and Tony and then I saw Sandra writing Aubry, and was like, Sandra that's wrong!

But anyways, I love the premiere. I need to stop browsing Facebook until I watch the episode because I don't want to be spoiled via updates from the Survivor page. 

I'm kind of sad that Ciera is gone and yeah no exit interview shown.

Jeff Varner is an idiot if he doesn't keep Sandra. He's next in line for being deemed as weak? He is so mediocre. Can Survivor stop getting him back?

Troyzan... so much more rational this time. Caleb seems extremely unwise for me, and Malcolm is just in his own world. Why would Malcolm want to get rid of Ciera, a strategist? I believe Caleb and Malcolm will be gone in no time since they're gonna start targeting the big players.

I like Hali and Aubry, they are just assessing the situation.. while Michaela.. haven't seen her play yet in the previous season but I like her so far.

Nuku seems like a goner tribe. Won't be surprised if the girls are the last ones standing and get rid of all the boys.
