One and a half hour lead is a lot!
Do we know how many teams got on the first flight?

It is unlikely teams departed directly from Ålesund to Milan. There are no direct flights from Ålesund to Heathrow on 20 Jun, so teams would have been on this itinerary:
SA1321 SK1321 from Ålesund to Oslo, 1425-1520
SA811 SK811 from Oslo to London Heathrow, 1715-1830, actual arrival 1906
Sightings at London Heathrow from 1940 onwards
BA582 from London Heathrow to Milan, 2035-2330

However, better options exist from Ålesund to Milan (unless they were full):
Via Frankfurt
SA1321 SK1321 from Ålesund to Oslo, 1425-1520
LH863 from Oslo to Frankfurt, 1705-1910
LH258 from Frankfurt to Milan, 2150-2300
Via London Gatwick
D82829 from Ålesund to London Gatwick, 1550-1710
U25299 from London Gatwick to Milan, 2005-2300

Bergen isn't likely either. A Bergen-Heathrow itinerary would also involve them going via Oslo. The latest flight is DY625 from Bergen to Oslo, 1500-1555. However, there are these better options:
Via Amsterdam (leaves 55min before the Oslo flight)
KL1188 from Bergen to Amsterdam, 1405-1550
VY8436 from Amsterdam to Milan, 1825-2005
Via Copenhagen and Munich (shorter connection times)
SA2873 SK2873 from Bergen to Copenhagen, 1600-1720
LH2445 from Copenhagen to Munich, 1900-2035
LH1864 from Munich to Milan, 2145-2050

Teams most likely set off for Milan from Oslo. But a bus from Ålesund to Oslo would take 11 hours, giving them little space between Ålesund on 19 Jun and the departure from Oslo on the afternoon of 20 Jun. Was Ålesund a KOR leg followed by a long bus ride to Oslo, or did teams fly into Oslo for a task or two before leaving?

Edit: Oops, thanks Claude!

SA is an IATA airport code for South African Airways, but the IATA code for Scandinavian Airlines is SK.

Possible schedule

June 14
SA 223  GRU-JNB 1800-0725+1 (1814-0721+1)
SA 186  JNB-DAR 1030-1450 (1034-1455)
PW 713  DAR-ZNZ 1600-1630

Leg 3 in the evening of June 15

June 16 - rest

Leg 4 June 17 morning

Leg 5 starts June 18 morning

There was a tweet suggesting teams were in the Zanzibar airport on the morning of the 18th at 11am, so other than what's posted above teams may be able to get on this

PW 423  ZNZ-DAR 1500-1530
EK 726  DAR-DXB 1645-2320 (1652-2310)
KL 428  DXB-AMS 0050+1-0600+1 (0049+1-0539+1)
KL 1141 AMS-OSL 0700-0845 (0700-0853)
SK 1314 OSL-AES 1020-1130 (1033-1137)     OR     SK 1320 OSL-AES 1110-1205 (1120-1224)  if earlier one was full

There was also a possibility of going through Bergen,
KL 1185 AMS-BGO 0825-1005 (0823-1001)
WF 456  BGO-AES 1155-1245 (1153-1248)
But I suspect that the Wideroe plane might be too small to carry amazing race teams.

June 20
If teams are released from/arrived at oslo early enough they can get to milan much earlier than the heathrow connection
SK 1321 AES-OSL 1425-1520 (1431-1524)
SK 4745 OSL-BRU 1630-1825 (1712-1915)
U2 2798 BRU-MXP 1925-2055 (1927-2045)
Although there is probably an hours of operation waiting at milan

Although unlikely Volotea does daily flights from Venice to Bari. The flight lands in Bari at 16:25 which gives teams 3 hours to get to the ferry.

American Airlines ,
Please take me home. After the flight from Athens to Philadelphia was delayed from 11:35 to 20:00 we were finally allowed to board the plane. They then told us that customs would not be there for us when we got there. We proceeded to sit on the plane for 2 hours. We were told to sit down and buckle up because we would be leaving shortly (the plan was to fly to EWK and go through customs then fly to PHL). We sat for another hour and 30 mins just to be told our flight was cancelled. I am now sitting in a non-moving line. It is 00:46. I just want to go home. Please send help. People are sleeping on the airport floor. There are crying, tired children, elderly stuck in wheelchairs, and dogs that just want out of their cages. I know you can do something about this. Please. Please do.

Update: I finally got a new flight. I am finally going to be heading home. It's now 5:13. But, the amazing race cast (a show I've never seen) is on our plane... Cool, I guess. Idk other people seem to think it's cool.

Found out that some other passengers on the same cancelled flight (AA759 on 25 Jun from Athens to Philadelphia) were rebooked on:
LX1843 from Athens to Zurich, 26 Jun 0630-0820
AA93 from Zurich to Philadelphia, 1045-1355

If the poster above was rebooked on the same flight (not a certainty), our teams would have been on the bolded flight to Zurich.

If teams were connecting via Zurich, here are the most likely next destinations:
Zurich to Mumbai 0945-2140
Zurich to Delhi 1245-2355
Zurich to Tokyo 1300-0750
Zurich to Beijing 1320-0515 (there's an option via Warsaw and Moscow arriving at 0430)
Zurich to Bangkok 1330-0530

And here are most likely not the next destinations, as there are better itineraries available (including direct flights from Athens):
Dubai, Tel-Aviv, Moscow, Delhi, Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong

The sighting for Airport was post about 2-3 hour ago. So I think around 10-11 o'clock in Hanoi. So I think they might flight from London.

Indeed. There is also a flight from Frankfurt to Hanoi, VN 36 FRA-HAN depart 1415 arrival 0624+1 which is earlier than two flights. The flight between Paris and Hanoi is a daily direct/non-stop flight.

Spec: If teams are traveling to South Korea, and if teams are travelling via American, then the only flight out of Hanoi is a 12:05 AM flight to Tokyo (AA 8421, codeshare Japan Airlines JAL752) on 30 Jun, from where I'm sure there are plenty of flights over to Seoul...there are plenty of non-stops to Seoul from Hanoi, which I'm assuming production would take.

(And then if this spec is true, then there's Asiana flight 107 that leaves Tokyo and arrives in Seoul at 11:30 am on 30 Jun, and Korean Air 706, arriving at 11:50 am.)

I'd expect them to be on VN414 (1025-1635) or KE480 (1220-1840) on 30 Jun from Hanoi to Incheon.

Why Neobie?  Is there nothing good sooner? HArd to believe they would want the penultimate leg to be a nighttime one.

Looking for sunset times lol

Teams were expected to arrive at the travel agency in Hanoi between 1-7am on 30 Jun. The first flight to Seoul leaves at 10:25am. (The previous flight left at 1:45am.)

We should be looking at sunset times in Seoul, not Hanoi! It's at 7:57pm today, so we may have about 2-3 hours before it gets dark. Seoul might make a good nighttime leg though!

Assuming we have South Korea leg this season, here's the flight that suggest the F3/F4 teams most likely taken to Chicago:

Korean Air KE37 (ICN - ORD)
Scheduled: 1040 (Jul 2 2016) - 0935 (Jul 2 2016)
Actual: 1100 (Jul 2 2016) - 0947 (Jul 2 2016)

It seems like teams were spotted starting around 2:00 pm CDT...I feel like arriving at 9:45 am would result in sightings earlier than this.  Edit: But upon looking for other flights, doesn't seem to be any other direct ones that would work.  Perhaps long customs line?  Earlier task we missed?  Or connecting flight?  Or not Seoul?
