Really hoping that the next leg being in Slovenia! It's a new country that TAR has never visited and only a few hours drive from Venice!! Please make this happen!

I would prefer them go to Asia then Oceania and make this a 6 continent race

They go to Asia less and less each season only 3-4 legs.

I've never been this pleased with the route in a long long time. They just need to avoid China, Thailand and Malaysia at all cost. And Indonesia of course!!!!

I think the route is somehow slightly patterned from TAR Israel. The production might have taken inspiration from them. They both visited Italy (although different Italian locations) and Zanzibar. What I'm getting excited about is when they touch Asia that opens up a lot of new (Maldives, Qatar, Laos, Myanmar) and undervisited  (South Korea, Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam) countries and hoping for legs in Australia/New Zealand and a new Pacific Island nation such as Fiji or Vanuatu. Oceania is a must and there's so much to do down there

Like, why are Vietnam, Philippines and Singapore not great race locations?

I know we all wish for new or undervisited countries, and so do I really, but we just have to understand that it's not possible sometimes or it's not feasible in terms of convenience.

I personally don't mind where they go, it's what they do there and how the episode turns out. Look at TAR23 Indo, pretty much everyone was pissed off then it turned out to be the best episode of 23. No Emmy but still.... top tier episode in an otherwise eh season.

There has been always at least 1 'tropical asia' leg every season since season 19 except 20 and 27

19 : Indo x2, Thailand x2
21 : Indo x2
22 : Indo, Vietnam
23 : Indo x2
24 : Malaysia 1
25 : Philippines x2
26 : Thailand x2
28 : Indo x2

If they want to have this kind of the leg this season
The possible choices should be either Vietnam or Cambodia

I didn't say Vietnam or Philippines overvisited. Zack said that only leaves India and Singapore so I added Vietnam and Philippines to that list. Not Jobby's list.

Of course I hope they will go to Vietnam but please no Hanoi or HCM. They are overvisited. There are many better places in Vietnam for TAR.

I actually don't care if it was Indonesia and Japan again, but for the case in Indonesia please at least have a FULL LEG IN JAKARTA for god sake and for Japan case please no Tokyo/Osaka leg again.


But of course I wish any undervisited countries in Asia (Cambodia, Philippines, South Korea, and TAIWAN) can be featured this time.

As this is the Bitch, Moan & Squeal thread, I would definitely bitch and moan if they visited the Philippines and South Korea on penultimate legs AGAIN.  Both countries have only had 2 visits each and they've always been with no more than 4 teams ever racing in them.

Why is Myanmar being omitted as a possible Asian leg? As well as Laos?

An earlier visit to Vietnam caused all sorts of problems fot TPTB with some US veterans groups so I would not expect any return visit for quite a longer while.

There are a lot of tasks and Racing and fun and drama when there are more teams.

I disagree for sure about the tasks. On average there are more tasks in later legs.

I totally won't mind Cambodia or Laos either. Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia are very recent so they will probably not visit there.

I mean there are lots of tasks that are much better executed for entertainment and drama purposes when there are more teams.  The various Switchbacks are perfect examples of that.
But also a country like the Philippines can yield crazy or chaotic Legs with more teams, as international TARs have shown already.

There's just different energies depending on the number of teams racing. And having countries like the Philippines or South Korea host earlier Legs instead of the usual late/penultimate Leg will also allow for something new and fresh and present a different look as well.
