The F/F's sightings at the metro was our first photo sighting of a team in Sao Paulo. Ironically, the F/F team taking the metro (partially?) cost them the race.

The only F/F team may be eliminated which is sad, as well as the Asian M/F couple    but that Team #11, the bearded guy and denim jeans girl is giving me life. Indeed a surprise, coming in 1st this leg. 

Having that info rechecked, believe it is incorrect as they were in the last 4 at the RB?

No, they are really team number one, but almost got eliminated in Panama leg

That is hard to do due to a very small amount of flights from south america to asia without going through oceania

South America --> Asia is hard to happen due to very limited flights and it would need fly back to North America to do that.


So South America --> Africa/Europe/Australia & New Zealand would likely happen next.


1) South America --> Africa (Sao Paulo have daily non-stop flight to Johannesburg, South Africa.)
2) South America --> Europe (Sao Paulo have multiple daily non-stop flight to various European cities)
3) South America --> Aus/NZ (Only 3 airlines provides the flights between South America and Oceania. LATAM Chile provides Santiago-Auckland-Sydney flights, Qantas provides Santiago-Sydney flights, Air New Zealand provide Buenos Aires - Auckland flights)

Australia is indeed overdue for a visit (season 18). Too bad Melbourne during last season's filming turned out to be Israel and not us

But they're probably headed to Africa or Europe as per usual.

You can add New Zealand as well (last visit was TAR22). Yeah it sad to see Melbourne not featured on TAR28 but in retrospect I'm glad it didn't waste on the meh-****ty TAR28 cast.


Fun Fact of Aus/NZ visit: Every Aus/NZ visit since TAR13 was featured on the Westward route while the last Aus/NZ visit featured on the  Eastward route was TAR9.


Europe would be my bet for their next destination after South America tho.

I think I miswrote that part, so I'll edit it in a while, but I meant that the place they were sighted at, the metro, was their wrong move which probably caused their elimination, while it was our first sighting of a team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Used to be. It said on an episode of House Hunters International that they cleaned up the crime in recent years, and now the capital, Bogota (not seen on 28, unfortunately) is now an emerging hotspot for business.
