According to Google Maps, this town is an hour west of Saint John.

The Quebec border is straight north, but I can't see them driving a distance like that for a final leg.

Why did I think we had been to Montreal?  :ascared:

In season 2, but the only highlight IMO was the Sukhi & Jinder FF incident. LOL

In the comments of the garden pic, someone said they saw another group. If anyone wants to ask, that would be great.

The cars were parked in front of the Bank of Montreal building at the corner of King and Prince William in downtown Saint John.
How many cars?  Four?

Instagram. Photos of a cluebox, Canada envelope, and a team. It's in the sightings thread :)

It didn't come in until after-the-fact.
Cuba was among the international destinations out of Toronto the day they left from Kingston.

If you look up Kingsbrae Gardens, they have a sculpture garden with a crazy amount of pieces.
http://kingsbraegarden.com/art-at-kingsbrae/
So I wonder if the task involves finding certain sculptures.

There were 5, but that doesn't mean anything. Several times we have noticed more cars necessary for the number of teams remaining. I believe there were 20 cars reported in Kingston.

Could be extra cars for break downs, the US version have used replacement cars, not that I have noticed them at the pickup spots.

In Kingston, that section of the street was closed off and it was officially labeled as a TV Commercial shoot. It wasn't.  :groan:

I was talking with Sue and she made a good point, the finale may not be until tomorrow. Today is a holiday here in Canada, so a lot of things are closed.

I noticed someone has already created the Wikipedia page, listing a couple of the locations (only the ones the newspapers saw, not from us).

Seems a tad early for that, we must still be at least a couple weeks away from the cast announcements. So not much else to say yet.

Edit: Looks like it's gone

But travel from New Brunswick to Newfoundland is hard, no direct flights and the easiest ferry route from New Brunswick is to drive the rough PEI and parts of Cape Breton

5 cars???? So does that mean 12 legs???? Or is there a twist because wasn't there only 4 in Halifax

A twist like TAR China when someone came back in the race

There is an early connection through Halifax.

There was a charter flight (Air Canada Jazz) that arrived in Saint John from Sydney Saturday morning at 8am - this was flight # 9021

Yesterday morning, the same charter flight (Air Canada Jazz) left Saint John bound for Montreal - this was flight # 9022.

It would make no sense to keep the same flight hanging around in Saint John for two days if it wasn't needed - there are daily flights to Montreal through regular Air Canada.

Time of that Montreal airport sighting suggests they came in via Halifax.

Knew it would be somewhere in Quebec :P

They have to have the French element, of course.

I currently have my eye on a crazy flightpath on flight radar. Could be something, could be nothing. No destination or flight info.

Well, you know how Amazing Race final legs love helicopters, so there could be a connection.
