The trouble with 55 is that there are several temples with a small bale next to an 11-story pelinggih meru (pagoda-like tower--see here). See the photos here, here and
here for example; the viewpoint angle of the cap makes it difficult to grab on to any clues. I think the "pure water" temple is a better estimate, though, so I've changed the list.

There were three or four images/frames that went by very fast and were hard to cap. Metal sculptures by Eduardo Carmona--like these chessplayers--sit in the plaza next to the Cartagena MoMA and the cathedral.(viewpoint here)

62 is Pescado Frito (see here), and I'm guessing it's tied into preview caps 39-42 somewhere between Cartagena and Totumo.
