I suspect the producers had a vile idea that someone would piss off the jury by using this power and then lose the game Woo is like the perfect goat to use this power, but oh well, there's not such a dumbass on this season.

I really hope this doesn't get used, or, like I said, costs a person (who hasn't really been that good anyway) their game.

Agreed with all of the above - we haven't had a super competitive final two/three in awhile. I would guess this would only help  it was somehow used after the votes for the winner were cast...such as all the jurors voted 4-3, and then suddenly we have our first ever tie with one vote negated?

I do think if someone used the power, the jury would spite them as a result and vote the other way - this isn't Big Brother.

The thing is how they decide the winner after the tie. If revote, I think the pissed jury will vote for another one winning landside over the one who used the power. So it's useless.
It's only useful if it's a tie and that power will break a tie.

I had the opposite, I like a good chunk of the cast though they seem odd put all together. I cant' tell where alliances will form.

Anna - poker player- should brain but put on beauty
Alecia on brawn but I think she is beauty

The second twist of a jury member's vote not counting, we saw on the Norwegian Robinson Expedition. It did not do much that season when the winner won by a great amount of votes. But I did not like it when I saw it there, and I will definetly NOT like seeing it in Survivor

Not all of those strong folks can be early boots...brawn is not likely to lose a challenge with that team pre-swap without an intense puzzle.
