BTW, with the "social" nature from the cast for S28, it doesn't seem unlikely that Elimination Station might be resurrected for this season, which does also make the location for the ES something worth keeping an eye out for.

YES A snow leg in Chamonix. :hearts: :hearts: :hearts: I have a great feeling that Geneva is a TBC leg based on timing.

Could Switzerland and France treat as a single leg? Teams arrived in Geneva in the night of the 21st until the morning of 22nd before leaving to Chamonix that same day with a Pit Stop mat spotted at the town square that afternoon.

I'd argue that it's one really long leg in fact:

- the pic of the blue team was taken last night en route to Chamonix, so depending on when it was posted they either get into Chamonix at ~9 pm 11/22 or ~9 am 11/23 and if it's a TBC/KOR I have to assume everyone made the train.
- webcam has the red team checking in at 1045 am 11/23 and the Pit Stop dismantled shortly thereafter.

Could they squeeze eight teams doing Detour / RB in like two hours? Perhaps, but I'd wonder how Phil would film standups. I suspect it'll be like the first Zimbabwe leg - one day for flights, one day for Detour/RI in Geneva and train to Chamonix, HoO bunch with early departures and a brief RB before the Pit Stop on day 3. Given how much effort that puts on teams/production I'd suspect Geneva/Chamonix combined is an NEL.

Zack, I believe you are wrong about some facts.

The pitstop was most likely yesterday around ~16:45, as you can see in the photo here (put in spoiler to save space):
Show content

That means teams couldn't have arrived in Chamonix neither at 9 am today nor at 9 pm yesterday. And I don't know where you got those times from ???

Today the mat can be seen at the same square again from 9:46
Show content
to 11:01
Show content
, while at 11:16 the mat was already gone
Show content
. So that means under 1.5 hrs separates the first and the last team.

That was posted before we found the webcam from yesterday afternoon :) The main idea is sound (Geneva/Chamonix as one leg - we have teams arriving in Geneva 11/21 at night, a cluebox in Geneva 11/22 in morning and Pit Stop in Chamoni2 that same day) but for the wrong reasons lol

Filming was in Chamonix THIS AM I believe.

This is going to take some figuring out.

10h45, there seems to be a red team from TAR789
meaning probably Sheri and Cole made it to Chamonix

Going back a few days, it looks like the race hit town coincident with the first snow of the season; that's either bad luck for production--or very good luck.

Perhaps, but judging from the color, could it be Erin & Joslyn as well?
Either way, the visibility isn't good enough to confirm anything.

The MAT is not at PitStarts.... good job everyone! Is that clock Chamonix time? ???
But Peach, there is a mat present yesterday before 5 pm (the webcam goes off just as it appears) and it reappears today from ~9:45 to ~11:00 am. So what is this.. :(

And the clock must be local (Chamonix) time, but what is interesting, is that there's a mix of German and French languages on that webcam screen.

No. We don't know if Sheri and Cole wear Red Winter Coat. And also, imo, that's a M/M team (they both looked tall)

Future info removed that puts us at 4 continents with what, 6 legs to go? Does anyone think we could see another six continent route?

Future info removed
We were lucky to get Africa three seasons in a row (25, 26, 27). I feel like they're going to put it to rest this season but I sure hope not. Watch them skip over it because they're dealing with famous people

I wish some would stop bringing up that theorized leg (not saying where)

Like Peach said last week, we've probably already lost it and now we'll get a substitute 11th leg in one their cookie-cutter race-enders like China =/

I hope Xarles is OK. There are no damages or casualties reported.
