This season keeps getting better and better, in my opinion. The cast looks great. We had the return of Brazil, a double leg in Argentina with a suspected Switchback

, now there's a spec and sighting in Zambia.

What's next? Hopefully, undervisited European countries + new European countries, a new Asian destination (fingers crossed, hoping it is Maldives) and the return of Oceania (New Zealand, Australia, French Polynesia and a new one to the list, Fiji.).

I came across an article with Phil saying, "This new season, we are going back to our roots, and we have listened to what the fans want."

The route is amazing so far. It would also be lovely if they visited a couple of African countries, as opposed to the popular 2-leg visit in a single country in recent seasons.

I totally agree with you. An African Island would be nice to see, such as Mauritius, Cape Verde, Seychelles and Zanzibar in Tanzania.

I'm gonna doubt Oceania due to a previous post that quoted Phil saying they will visit Europe, Africa, South America, and Asia.

This speculated Zambia is possibly Leg 4 right? If so, we can have 8 to 9 teams racing an African leg.

One of my favorite things in TAR is seeing "the more, the merrier." Meaning to say, more teams racing an African leg.

Last time there were 9 to 10 teams was at Ghana in TAR17; 11 teams, TAR1. I'm hoping this African leg will have around 9 teams.

Also, we still don't know if Leg 1 was a NEL or not.

Madagascar could be fine as well, and it was only visited once in TAR10.

Until now, if the Zambia rumor is true, I am REALLY EXCITED for this season. So far, the countries visited weren't visited for at least 7 seasons ago (Argentina - TAR20) and 26 freakin' seasons ago (Zambia - TAR1).

My hopes are high for this season, just hope that there won't be disappointments in the future.

Zambia was the very first country the race ever visited! If they're going there, this is shaping up the be the BEST route in a while!!

And IF the Pit Stop is the same as the very first Pit Stop in the entire race (Songwe Village), I will be really happy!

Phil did promise about this season: "Our fans asked us to go back to our roots, and we listened". So far this route is living up to that

Hopefully at least one of the countries is new, too.

So happy with the Meat roadblock switchback and the return to Zambia! Ever since Season 23 it seems like they are trying to revisit countries that they haven't been to since the early seasons which is major plus for me!
