I wouldn't rule out AEP as a departing option. If teams were returning on bus to Bs. As., the distance by taxi between the Retiro Bus Terminal and AEP is only 15/20 minutes depending on traffic. They could easily flight from GRU from there and make the connections required on Sao Paulo.
EZE on the other hand is around 45/60 minutes away from the Bus Terminal.

When the entire cast/crew of the next season of the amazing race is on your flight to zambia.....

https://twitter.com/madisonkolofske/status/615445314074378241

According to another tweet, this person had just traveled to South Africa.  She posted this at 11:02 AM South African time.

Possible flights:
South African 62 left Johannesburg at 10:47 (and possibly she posted this on the plane while taxiing), arrived 12:45 in Lusaka.
South African 64 left Jo'burg at 13:16 (so she might have posted this in the waiting area, having arrived early--this seems more plausible IMO), arrives 15:11.

Working backwards, teams probably took this flight from Sao Paolo:
South African 223
Dep GRU 06:20PM BRT 6/28
Arr JNB 07:25AM SAST 6/29

Then pure spec, but then one of these flights from EZE to GRU
Aero Lineas Argentinas flight 7702
Dep 6:45 am
Arr 9:30 am

or

LAN Airlines flight 4540
Dep 6:55 am
Arr 9:40 am

EDIT: If the teams were spotted at Victoria Falls at 14:00, then perhaps they took the earlier flight arriving at 12:45.

Lusaka is still quite a distance from Victoria Falls; I think they would have used Livingstone Airport, like in TAR 1.

For any team arriving in Buenos Aires after noon on 27 Jun, this is the best itinerary:
LA4941 from Buenos Aires EZE to Sao Paulo, 28/1230-1520
SA223 from Sao Paulo to Johannesburg, 1800-29/0740
SA48 from Johannesburg to Livingstone, 1040-1230

Teams missing the last flight can take this flight 15min behind:
BA6291 from Johannesburg to Livingstone, 1100-1245

Here's a less efficient route departing Buenos Aires earlier, but which will get teams connecting to Livingstone on the same flight:
AR1300 from Buenos Aires EZE to New York JFK, 27/2300-28/0905
SA204 from New York JFK to Johannesburg, 1115-29/0805

And in memory of the Gutsy Grannies:
AR1300 from Buenos Aires EZE to New York JFK, 27/2300-28/0905
AA100 from New York JFK to London LHR, 1800-29/0620
SA235 from London LHR to Johannesburg, 1900-30/0715
SA48 from Johannesburg to Livingstone, 1040-1230
Which arrives 24 hours after the original flight.

That's true...it's a 6.5 hour drive from Lusaka to the falls, or an hour flight...going straight to Livingstone probably is more plausible.  Perhaps the author of the tweet will confirm.

IIRC, teams used Ryan Air charters from Jo'Berg to the Victoria Falls area in season one, and used them to return to Jo'Berg to book and fly to Paris.

Do we know teams are going to Lusaka?  Teams could have just as easily flown from Livingstone to JNB.  British Airways 6292 1:30 pm – 3:15 pm LVI-JNB

very doubtful that teams were any where near Lusaka........but if they ended a leg in Botswana....they could always fly back to Jo'burg from Kasane......there is scheduled 100+ seat jet service between the two cities.

I agree with DrRox, the two major airports in Zimbabwe from Victoria Falls are Bulawayo (440 km/273 mi) or Harare (712 km/445 mi). Both cities have non-stop flights to Johannesburg.

There is one option to go to Krakow:

Taxi from The Hague/Den Haag to Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam
Flight to Warsaw, KL 1367 2027-2314, 7/5 (scheduled 2020-2210)
Train to Krakow Glowny, 0530-0827, 7/6

Can we relook at the Zambia/Zimbabwe options to Paris? I think we have ChacAttack in Jo'burg in the afternoon of 7/1.

Train to Schiphol is fast and cheap. I think less than 30 min.

Direct fights available both 7-5 and 7-6 on KLM, though timing may be off for us

MULTIPLE flight options via Frankfurt.

Don't think we can say yet...and that doesn't look at trains either.  A moving Pitstop/night train  might be one way to explain the extra day...

Bottom line, lots more than ONE option.

The airport in Katowice is also used as an entry and exit from Krakow. Another way is to fly to Warsaw and then connect to Krakow.

The distance and time frame seem perfect for the long train ride. I was also thinking of the self drive leg, but this seems a little to far to make the teams drive from Den Hagg to Krakow.

Leg 8 in Krakow was on 6 Jul. For a race in Uttar Pradesh (basically the surrounds of Delhi) on 8 Jul, here's the simplest flight:
LH1369 from Krakow to Frankfurt, 7/1820-7/2000
AI120 from Frankfurt to Delhi 7/2115-8/0830

There's also a Lufthansa flight to Delhi with a connecting in Frankfurt or Munich:

LH 1627 KRK-MUC 0630-0755, 7/8
LH 762 MUC-DEL 1205-2300, 7/8

LH 1371 KRK-FRA 0650-0830, 7/8
LH 760 FRA-DEL 1345-0040, 7/8-7/9

Basically, the teams could be arrived by between the midnight of 8th and early morning on the 9th.

Based on the Twitter sighting posted by Xarles, and the fact that the Tweeter said the flight was delayed, it looks as though the team was on LH1627 to Munich (delayed 45 minutes), and will probably be on the flight to Delhi that leaves in 50 minutes.

If you're delayed for 45min, it's difficult to make it to a connecting flight. It's only a 1:20 connection time in FRA, but maybe, in case they left on Wednesday, and make the connection, they should be getting to India, somewhere around noon (India time) Thu midnight (India time) Wed-Thu.

If, somehow, some teams were able to make it through Munich, then arrival in India should be 11pm Wednesday, India time.

Having been in the Schengen Area may help with the connecting time. I just saw LH operates an A380 between FRA and DEL, I'm getting jealous!

looks to me like there was a 4-5 hour connecting time in Munich, should be fine. This is the ONLY flight to Delhi:

Via Frankfurt is similar
