Bill & Cathi may have also been asked, but remember - One of them is a principal. They could have done 19 because filming was in Summer. 24 filmed in Spring. I think they may be asked, but it's been quite some time now and I don't see them leaving their jobs unless they retire.

 We oh so sadly lost Bill to pancreatic cancer June 10, 2016.  You can read more in their RFF Racer thread.

I think the chance of us ever getting a contestant that is nearly 80 years old on the show is close to none. So even though Nick & Don were a cool team, they are way out of the loop for ever coming back.

If they're willing to have teams eliminated a bit earlier, than possibly Harley and Jonathan and/or Ernest and Jin. But for heaven's sake, please no Justin and Diana or anyone else besides Mark and Bopper from TAR 24.
