Two episodes in and I am loving this already more than MasterChef Junior season 1 as well as Season 5 of MasterChef proper.

I love how the eliminations so far haven't been because of unfair team challenges, but more on the dish itself. While I would prefer only one Junior homecook to leave every week, this is already better than last week.

Oona is absolutely adorable, Abby is great, Sean is amazingly nerdy and good too, this cast is great so far!

I just feel guilty for disliking Samuel just because he's a kid. I even laughed when he kept boasting about his pie and then he failed *zips mouth*

I'm watching it too! It's lovely to see the fun side of the judges. :hrt:

Currently, I'm rooting for Sean, Oona, and Abby. Sean is adorable and prove that he can cook. Oona is really confident with herself and that's lovely, wonder why if it's an adult edition self-confident looks like arrogant. :res: About Abby... Should I tell why I love her? :lol:

All MasterChef shows have this over-confident contestant/s but there's just something about seeing kids be extremely confident in themselves that's very cute :lol:

I'm actually adoring this season, I've already enjoyed it much more than the past two years of MasterChef as a whole! Brings me back to the good old days of MasterChef Season 3 where I was actually excited to watch every week, I liked almost everybody, and the competition was great.

Why couldn't we just have a full season of MasterChef Junior instead of a half season with multiple eliminations every week? <3 :lol:

I just knew that Sean is Vietnamese-American like Christine Ha.

Vietnamese public will go crazy again if Sean wins like they did back to MC season 3 lol

On a positive note, MasterChef Junior has been renewed for Season 3 to premiere in January! :o

That was fast :lol:

Hopefully that season continues to be good, aside from the bootlist, Season 2 was amazing!

It returned today :lol:

I'm feeling very meh about this season from episode one, no one really stood out, and that's a bummer considering how good seasons one and two were. The overall "cuteness" and "adorableness" of the kids just seemed like they were trying really hard this time around, and it was just meh. Oh well, there's still a remainder of the season left, we'll see! :P
