Better try to fiddle with the TV5 livestream then, since I don't actually live in the Philippines (mostly rely on uploads, the posts here & your recaps to catch up).

Uploads for me too.  I definitely think there will be an upload of the episode tonight though and hopefully TV5 does an official upload, even if just for the finale.

They seriously could not upload full episodes during the season  lol

Roch & Eji and JP & Kelvin had NO chance to catch up whatsoever and the editing was horrid.

I'm disgusted that a guy who kicks sand in his girlfriend's face while telling her to shut the **** up, then proceeds to hurt her wrist in a pathetic couple discussion won.

While I am surprised no one edited these moments out considering they won the show, I am also glad they aired that so everyone can see how much of a ****ty person Matt is. Can I say that word here? I don't care, he sucks.

I agree, the leg design was really bad. Let's break it down.

White pearl: An okay task, but only because all three teams started at the same time.
Rappelling: What basically killed all tasks that followed. It spread the teams too far apart. Starting here, you won't see two teams in the same frame. And the puzzle part of the task is just pathetic. They could have at least broken the frame into puzzle pieces to make the task harder.
Alibata memorization: A good task ruined by teams being too far apart.
Clueboxes on the beach: An okay task I guess. If the beach had more than 200 clue boxes, I would be satisfied. But the fake suspense just made it unbearable.

Just four tasks? I'm sad. It sort of reminds me of the season 19 finale. Though happy for all three teams, just a let down of an episode.

I expected more but then the finale was actually very dull.

The luck task at the end wasn't something likable. If Tina & Any made it to the F3 and got to that task 1st, I'm pretty sure they would've lost their lead.

Not a good finale, but a good season overall. I'm hoping for a Season 3 in the future.

They say a third season is in consideration or is in the works. Hopefully, they don't scrap it and I could watch it in better quality than this season. And oh how I long for the first season to resurface.

Overall, I liked this season, but eh. I hated the winners. The route and tasks though greatly improved in the middle of the Race!

Most of the blame goes to Bertram and Active TV for deciding on that one task an episode format which forced them to have to come up with dumb tasks to fill the time.

In this case, quantity =/= quality.

They will just really need to scrap this format they used for season 2.
For a season 3, they should just return to normal/season 1 editing.  Then maybe have 2 legs a week (Mon-Wed and Thurs-Sat) with more Legs (16?! = 8 week run) or just 5 days a week instead, Saturday recap and Sunday marathon.

There is zero chance for a just a weekly show because of the cost.

I remember Willie's schedule going overtime. I don't think there was a problem with the old format, but it can still be improved.

I think the reason why the changes the format to the one-two task/s per episode was to avoid re explaining or not explaining tasks. It would be kinda frustrating if you happen on one episode and there is a task, but it wasn't explained to you since a team already started the task the previous episode. And if they do re-explain it, it would eat time for the 30-minute episode.

I didn't like her partner on the show buuut....

Phoebe Walker (TARPH2 winner) was recently crowned BEST ACTRESS at the Metro Manila Film Festival (one of, if not THE most prestigious film awards in the Philippines)! She played a nun in Erik Matti's Seklusyon, one of my favorite horror movies of the year (and one of my favorite Filipino horror movies PERIOD), and it's a well-deserved victory.

Considering how godawful the Metro Manila Film Festival usually was, this year was nothing short of phenomenal with all the changes, but that's not the story I'm sharing in relevance to this
