Could Cap 19 be in front of the Monument to the Discoveries?

I think it's the mermaid statue in Cascais (viewpoint here).

Cap 1 could be Pena National Palace in Sintra?
My posts are fine, so please be careful.

Caps 3-5 look like the Church of the Holy Trinity at the Borisovo Ponds, which is a long way to move the start line of a leg--a record maybe? (photo source)

Cap 1 could be Pena National Palace in Sintra?

Indeed. I can confirm that it is not just a scenic shot, teams were sighted there on March 20. Since it looks like we have our Roadblock and Detour already, I would presume this might be the pitstop... seems too far to go from Sintra to either Cascais or Alfama just to pick up a clue.

New promo up here.

The singing task is at Torre de Belém (TAR 3 Pitstop). Looks like it takes place the night before since Ashleigh is in a totally different outfit.

Also, can someone grab that cap of teams racing towards a cluebox on the far left? Where is that?

It's the same spot in Lisbon where racers (TARUS 23X03) listened to fado players and received the painting clue for the coach museum (streetview here).
