Derrick comes out and she tells him she's tired of being picked on. At least they have mushrooms.. but to be a HN. Donny told her this would happen. She went to cry by herself, she understands she's going up and her last week will be frickin bad. She asks him to let her be by herself. She'll be OK. I wish I would have volunteered.
Derrick: I was actually shocked (no one volunteered.) he'll be over there. (Elliptical.)
She is still upset, she understands why he did it. He tells her he won 5K and it's ultimately fair fr him. She says if she hadn't been on it last week she would have volunteered. It's unfair.
Derrick: I will make something good for you and the beds aren't that bad. I promise I will crush the food for you. We'll make grilled portabellas on the grill. We need to find something to substitute butter.
Nichole: I know it's a freaking game but I'm frustrated. I don't break that easily. If he wants me to be a HN then he's going to put me on the block. If there is a buyback, it shouldn't be that way.
Derrick: you control your destiny. This week will be mental. Don't worry about it. Can I give you advice. You watch the show a lot, would you like to win the veto or sit here and cry. He hasn't said he would put you on the block but you are a buyback. He ants her to man up.
