Intro.

250km nw of Paris is the charming country side of Normandy. Here among the 13th century arhcitecture is the starting line.

Take a train to Paris from  Bayeux. There is two trains. Once there make your way to the Arc D Triomphe. Double U turn ahead.

Previously on The Amazing Race Canada...

6 teams raced across Normandy, France. Teams reflected on the sacrifices made by soldiers.

At the roadblock, teams had to use a complicated formula. Pierre & Michel did well at the roadblock but they struggled at the horse detour. They lost their lead to Natalie & Meaghan and hockey won their 5th leg of the race.

Ryan & Rob were hopelessly lost, but it was a non-elimination leg.

Twins need to get ahead of everyone to avoid the uturn. Hockey scares the twins lol. Both of them are on the frst train.

They got 150 euros for this leg. MP leave at 336 am and SJ 337am. MP make first train. SJ make second train.

AA depart at 4:14am

AA and Twins speaking french twins say kicking out someone from Quebec would be stupid.

RR leave at 6:11am

Each are one hour a part.

LOL Twins say AA is their first choice to Uturn -_-

We love Quebec but we came here to win.

MP first: Make your way to Place du Canada. Fin d their next clue under statue of Founder of Canada.

Natalie & Meaghan depart first at 2:26 AM. Sign up for 1 of 2 trains to Paris. Once there, proceed to the Arc de Triomphe. WARNING DOUBLE U-TURN AHEAD. They are on the first train.

Pierre & Michel depart at 2:42 AM. They felt the double U-Turn coming. Natalie & Meaghan try to scare them lol.

Mickey & Pete depart at 3:36 AM. Sukhi & Jinder depart at 3:37 AM. Mickey & Pete say they have to be on their game. "No foolsies." They get on the 1st train.

Sukhi & Jinder are on the 2nd train. They say they're going to U-Turn a team behind them.

Alain & Audrey depart at 4:14 AM. They're worried about the U-Turn so they talk to Pierre & Michel about not U-Turning each other.

Ryan & Rob depart at 6:11 AM.

Pierre & Michel are talking about the U-Turn on the train. They might U-Turn Alain & Audrey...

First train arrives. Teams got taxis going to the Arc. Make your way to Place du Canada and enter the garden of New France to find the next clue. First 3 teams are off.

Second train arrives. Sukhi accidentally dents a taxi and taxi driver won't let them get in lol.

Plat Du Jour -  District, locate three chalkboards, purchase menu item then deliver them to customers and receit it to them.

AA fail first inspection at detour.

SJ with all their food items, but Su spilled the coffee and they have to get it again.

Do the Twins have any integrity? If you agree to not U-Turn a team, don't U-Turn them. If you might U-Turn them, then don't make an alliance. Just my opinion.

Ryan & Rob accidentally pin the sleeve on the wrong way. Ryan: "Upside down arms are really in fashion in Vancouver..." I wouldn't even doubt it.

AA finish the food detour now, but the coffee is empty LOL, so they have to go back.

RR finish clothes detour.

Meanwhile. rb goes on. Michel at 1 hour.24mins at the rb. Natalie at 1 hour 36 ins. She submits and its not correct.

Se gets it on second shot.

Make your way to the love lock bridge, search area for the pitstop.

Speed bump: Each of you must learn a classical French song on the accordion. (this is taking place where the uturn board is).

N/M really shined at the Roadblock. They only need nearly 2 hours while other teams need 3 hours or more.

But do you all think the RB is that hard? It takes time but 8 hours is unbelievable.

I think that was the best leg so far! So amazing! Everything that could happen happened!

8 hours echoes of TAR6 haybales! Task looked so tedious and it would be so horrible to have 1 Mento wrong lol

I think it's one of those things, if you don't get right the first time...you could be done. It could get very discouraging, checking each and every candy. Jon said there were over 1,000. Natalie said 1,400. You would have to start it right by being very systematic about it. I think Natalie separated the colours. Also there was little difference between the yellow and orange. Who knows what Michel did wrong. For all we know, he could have torn the whole think down and started again.

If they win the next 3 legs they will have won the most legs in a season, if they win all four then they win 10 legs.

Exactly. You have to be systematic about it. Logical. A lot of people aren't like that. Then if you get one or two pieces wrong, it would be extremely frustrating and maddening, especially if no one will help you. Don't forget, the judge doesn't give his okay until everything is filled in. It's not like they could fill in 1/4 of it, then ask if it's okay so far. Then on top of that,  he had to watch Audrey and Pete helping each other, and Rob finishing it first. Not that I am making excuses or saying it was Karma, but that had to suck.

Yes! LOL. In the preview at the end of ep 8, Ryan and Rob are posing with their clothes on. BUT now there is a new preview on the site and Ryan & Rob are dropping their pants.

For my personal opinion, this leg is the best of TAR Canada and probably beat many legs in recent seasons of TAR! <3
