I must say that editor made a lot of mistakes in editing "place of teams"

I really enjoyed the leg, but most of the teams were really bland based on the editing TBH which was all over the place. The episode was great though, fastest 45 minutes on TAR I've seen in a long time :o <3

Current (Unprofessional and mainly based on introductions tbh) Cast Rankings:

1. Natalie & Meaghan- Amazing <3 Maybe the first professional athletes team I have enjoyed in YEARS. YES to them winning Leg 1 <3
2. Cormac & Nicole- Their tunnel vision at the ARI <3 They have some potential to be a good parent-child team, so I'm rooting for them.
3. Laura & Jackie- An excited-to-be-there Lesbians team <3
4. Sukhi & Jinder- I like them so far lol. Joseph/Grace 2.0 without the horrid morph plz <3
5. Shahla & Nabeela- So sad to see them go, they had a lot of potential based on their intro vid :(

*gap i.e invisible*
6. Pierre & Michel- INV for a Twins team lol.
7. Jen & Shawn- Really invisible lol.
8. Alain & Audrey- The standard dating couple we see like thousands of times. Meh.
9. Ryan & Rob- Invisible and boring lol.

*major gap*
10. Pete & Mickey- Meh so far and I find them annoying lol :P
11. Rex & Bob- Based on what little we saw of them, Rex is majorly annoying. Bleh.

Yes I saw that too. At one point I said "6th? Who was 5th?" Guess I really have to watch it again, but I think they tried to pack too much in, in a single episode. Or they should have made it 90 minutes. It's a shame because you don't get to know the teams that well.

I just think they can skip the first task, let's team go directly to the airport and we will have some more time to know the team.

The first task was made for sponsor so I think they can't skip.  :funny:

Really packed episode. I just wish it was 90 minute long. It would have been even more exciting to watch all the teams perform the tasks and I agree that editing was a bit confusing, especially at the tea RB. But a good start overall!

I agree in saying the episode was really packed and a little confusing, but I feel like this is a pretty decent Leg 1 (compared to most of them recently by the US version). I thought the second RB and navy rescue thing was really cool and not linear which is something we have missed in a while. I feel bad for the girls who were eliminated because their bodies gave out. :(

So far my favorites are Cormac and Nicole!

I really like the first leg, full of different tasks and a lot of locations wich is something I've been missing in regular TAR but the editing was really weird, teams poping out of nowhere, at one moment you see a team running to get a clue and then anotherone is there to open it before them, is odd but really packed, actually so packed it hurt the episode a bit... I liked it, I think the cast has good potential to be entertaining...

Yes, a lot was missed in the editing. They didn't show the last 4 (?) teams on the zipline, and you just know that Ryan and Rob, Pete & Mickey had to be entertaining on that. Same with the skydiving. I was also sad to see the girls go out that way, but once hypothermia hits, there is nothing you can do. I think the best quote of the episode goes to Pierre's: "We kill animals." (telling Shahla and Nabeela what they did for a living), immediately followed by the girls asking if they did Halal meat.

One more thing. Jon seems to rush to say good bye. You're the last team to arrive and be eliminated. I feel it so cold. I hope he say something like I'm so sorry to eliminate you from the race.

I, too, like the Twin's "we kill animals" but it would be an odd title quote.
