St Thomas is one of those "end of the line" airports, as far as jet travel. It will be difficult to "escape" St Thomas without backtracking to San Juan.

But it is a perfect airport for one of those  multiple staged charter flight legs. If they are going to London, then they can take charters from St Thomas to Antigua and catch British Airways or Virgin Atlantic to London Gatwick.

Miami looks like a good connection spot too. Leave St Thomas in the late afternoon and arrive in London the next morning.

The flights for leg 2 is going to be reserved, and London isn't actually a destination, but it's a connection point. I'll update this post for the flight schedules for the second destination.

Well since it appears at least one team was flying from St Thomas to Atlanta, here are some flight connections.

June 1
STT to ATL
DL 674   2:30 pm-6:25pm

ATL to LHR
DL 84  9:31pm-11:05am (TER 1)
BA 226  9:54pm-11:05am (TER 5)
DL 10   10:49pm-11:25am (TER 1)

On the oft chance that they are indeed going to South Africa, here are some connection flights.
LHR to JNB
SA 235 (TER 1)  7:00pm-7:20am
BA 55 (TER 5)   7:10pm-7:10am
VS 601 (TER 1)  9:00pm-9:05am

There are two more flights at around 9:00pm if needed. One is SA in TER 1 and BA in TER 5) The do have plenty of time to switch terminals at Heathrow.

Thanks georgiapeach i feel very welcomed! I've been I guess you can call it a lurker the past several years of these wonderfully elaborate spoiler boards. But I was just so tempted to register because I was pleasantly surprised a few moments ago to see that London was a possible leg destination since I am currently based in London at the moment and would love to view the Amazing Race in action in London bc it has been my favorite show. It was a bit annoying to see them landing in Heathrow last season and I'm still very tempted to go to Heathrow to at least try to see them and snap a few pics but I want to know as much as info of the racers' travel plans if I end up going.

Oh, you know, just hanging out at the airport when the Amazing Race teams run through. Here is one team trying to get a leg up by getting on an earlier flight. They failed.

just wondering why you guys are posting the codeshare flights? They just mess up the information.

There are only 3 flights from Atlanta to Heathrow tonight that teams can connect too and they are posted above. The rest of the flights you posted are just codeshare flights

They almost got a really good head start. The flight from St Thomas landed early and Flight 38 was delayed to 6:53.......they had 52 minutes to make the connection.......a good try.
