Tomorrow is the Vancouver Sun Run with full road closures everywhere. SO Vancouver is unlikely.

A female? With purple backpack
Not  much
Probably 9 teams again

Leafsfan.:
Skydiving is likely to be a roadblock. It appears they also had a task at the hotel.

Afternoon tea (on their website:http://www.fairmont.com/empress-victoria/dining/afternoontea/) strikes me as something possible for another task.

Willows Beach Park  is a white sandy beach destination located in Oak Bay which is northeast of the City of Victoria, British Columbia (B.C.), Canada on Vancouver Island. The white sandy beach is one of the more popular sandy beaches in the Victoria Regional District.

Willows Beach measures about 1.2 hectares in size and includes change rooms, toilets, day use picnic sites, concession (summer only) sightseeing benches, playground, grass lawns and a paved walking trail.

Activities enjoyed on and from the beach include swimming, sunbathing, beachcombing, sightseeing and kayaking.

The views from the beachfront look out over Discovery Island and out onto Mount Baker over in Washington, U.S.A.

During the summer months the beach attracts large crowds and it wise to arrive early to secure your spot in the sand. The waters are particularlr shallow and protected from the elements making the beach popular for youg children.

A walking path connects Willows Beach to another popular oceanside park called Cattle Point which is part of Uplands Park.
