A team can decide to give Traffic Light, to another team. The team there get it, have to pick one off 3 Black unvelopes, each have one off the three colours

Team who wins leg 10 has to give another team an Express Pass that can only be used in leg 11.

 - The eliminated team (so this wouldn't exist on every leg) gets to choose one of several (these are just some I came up with - could be more) options that would befall the winning team of that leg.  Since it appears the racers never know during the race what the check-in order is unless they're on the mat together, this would be a 'blind' choice for the eliminated team.  The choices I came up with are:
Flat tires - The winning team must run the next leg without their shoes (socks are permitted).
Spin out - The winning team makes their decision on what detour option they want to perform but the 'spin out' forces them to have to do the other OR the Roadblock team member not chosen would have to perform it OR one team member must sit out of a Route Info task.  (Production would have to switch it up so racers couldn't predict when it would happen).
Engine overheating - Forces the winning team to wait 5 minutes after receiving the clue envelopes before they can tear each one open and continue.
Broken turn signal - Team members are not permitted to speak to any of the locals unless the task specifically requires them to - all communication must be done by miming, pointing, etc.
