From page 75 of the December 6th issue of Entertainment Weekly:

8-10PM

The Amazing Race

CBS

SEASON FINALE

Season 23's last leg begins in Tokyo, with four teams-ER docs Nicole and Travis, cousins and self-proclaimed "Afghanimals" Leo and Jamal, dating New Englanders Amy and Jason, and bickering exes Marie and Tim (a,k.a. Pinky and the No Brain)-rolling through a human bowling competition and stripping down for a phone call at the bottom of a giant fishbowl. (Will it be god on the line, begging Tim to quit standing in for Marie's beloved punching bag?) Three teams then race to the million-dollar finish line in Alaska, where host Phil Keoghan's lovingly cocked eyebrow flickers in the cold. Run, y'all! Save Phil!

Given Japan's fascination with robots, they kinda look like one, particularly the one on the left which is standing up.  Not finding anything resembling them online yet.   :groan:

The scene when Jamal was standing on top of a rock statue snared in a net is most likely the A-Animals' Speed Bump.

Why does Tim still wear Yukata (from the sliding game) when Marie does the Robot Roadblock while the others (Jasan, Jamar) do not wear that?

My theory is that they were last and they rushed out of there with their challenge clothes.

What's the bet that our favourite japanese game show host will make an appearance?

F4 is the worst time to have an Intersection tbh. It leaves 2 teams safe and the other two fighting for elimination.

Ugh , I'm so tired of them getting help , and imo , Leo and Jamal deserve the win just because they lasted through 2 uturns with almost every team against them the whole race . I hope they pull it out.

LOL.........an Intersection............when was the last time they had one.......like 5-6 years ago. They didn't really work then and wont work now either.

Amy is helping Nicole because she knows she can beat her in the finale. Leo/Jamal would be a harder team to beat in the finale.

Nicole will get absolutely no help in her RB in the finale.
