Season 23's last leg begins in Tokyo, with four teams-ER docs Nicole and Travis, cousins and self-proclaimed "Afghanimals" Leo and Jamal, dating New Englanders Amy and Jason, and bickering exes Marie and Tim (a,k.a. Pinky and the No Brain)-rolling through a human bowling competition and stripping down for a phone call at the bottom of a giant fishbowl. (Will it be god on the line, begging Tim to quit standing in for Marie's beloved punching bag?) Three teams then race to the million-dollar finish line in Alaska, where host Phil Keoghan's lovingly cocked eyebrow flickers in the cold. Run, y'all! Save Phil!
