Season 9 was epic!

We need a team that goes back to before TAR 10. That would be awesome.

*coughBamacough*

IDC about BEFORE TAR10 because TAR10 was one of the best seasons ever.

I don't even watch any season between TAR 10 to 15  :funny:
sorry but I may be wondering if anyone before TAR 10 appears in TAR 24 and be like "who the heck are these people?"
watching UB, the only teams I know was The Cowboys and freaking Mallory and her dad
do you think I should watch all those old seasons TAR? were they any good?

Here's my spec for the post-UB teams:
Tim & Marie
Jason & Amy
Dave & Connor
Country Singers
Joey & Danny
Mopper
Brenchel
Art & JJ
Andy & Tommy
Amani & Marcus
Jeremy & Sandy

It's a spec, it's not what I really want.

I can't see Jeremy & Sandy returning this season seeing as they just had a baby other than that I'm fine with your spec.

OMG I love Jeremy and Sandy!!! Wish they won their season. But I doubt so many people will remember them, which I think, is the main issue that production tries to avoid

I mean look at the cast! I strongly believe that production is trying to bring back some racers with a big fan base, like Team Youtube, Brendon and Rachel, The Country singers. Maybe it's rating related. But that's just what I thought. check out Joey's twitter. His followers are ENORMOUS!

If we're talking race wisely, I can understand Brendon and Rachel. But Joey and Meghan, Caroline and Jennifer?
well guess we will have to see for ourselves why they're coming back, or why they're being brought back, either one.

Some of the old seasons are epic. Watch Season 5 and then tell me if it "was any good".

But again, this is for TAR 24 spec ONLY. Discussions of previous seasons and casts go HERE:

I would expect TAR 24 to include teams from the very first season to Season 23. Just the very best teams... but the bulk (maybe half) will be from TAR 19 - 23... it's too fast for an Allstars so there had to be teams from before Unfinished Business and even Allstars.

I won't be surprised to see Colin and Christie, Brooke and Claire etc...

and I won't be surprised to see Max and Katie either... :funny: not an obvious allstars choice but they were considered the stars of the season towards the end kinda the entire season they had a fully developed story line. :)

I don't think they will bring that for back for some reason. I think they will save it for an ultimate all-stars later down the line.

I'm surprised they've chosen s24 to bring back returnees, but I seriously doubt it will be all stars.

I suppose whenever TAR falls short and misses their emmy, they've gotta do a return-of-the-racers season

I loved both returnee seasons and they both would easily fit into my top 10!

oops I misread that completely! The phrase "in the works" means in trouble in Ireland  :groan: So I  obviously wouldn't know Jobby.

Do you think we'll see the haybales again?  :ascared Or another crazy switchback of a DT/RB?

Yeah. The haybales seems 'great'. Love that RB.  :luvya:

I guess it's better to have haybales earlier in the season when there are many teams. Not like in S15 when there are just 5 teams compete. Anw, Meghan killed it back then!  :hearts:

Would love another New York start where they have to find their own way to the airport like in season 1!

I wonder if there might be a chance this would be a Switchback-type of season. Like having the course be made up of the most infamous legs in TAR history (but with a much harder difficulty)
The story so far:
In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move
