I think I figured out the Final "Memory" challenge (TARC 1)

Now - where would they hold a flower memory challenge like this? We still don't know with certainty where all the locations in the finale were.
My best guess is one of 2 places:
The Toronto Botanical Gardens - http://torontobotanicalgarden.ca - whose web site is mysteriously down.
Allan Gardens - http://www.toronto.ca/parks/featured-parks/conservatories/allan-gardens.htm
