Usually a year and a half to two years. And the crazy lady was the one that said something to do with Muslims no being equals and that it should be illegal to follow the laws of the Quran (which she referred to as the "Haram"). She then stated that she respects Muslims as a country, they just shouldn't spread their laws in Australia.
