I think so.

For TAR7, they submitted hour 2 of "I've Been Wanting a Face Lift for a Long Time" - Hour 1 was Gretchen's fall in the tunnels and their non-elim, Hour 2, the ep submitted, was Brian & Greg's accident/the footrace with Ray & Deana. 
It even had it's own episode title. "We're Moving Up the Food Chain."

I really like this episode. I think this is one of my favorites, aside from Bali & Berlin. It has some cultural experiences: Roadblock & Speed Bump and shows some luxurious things you can do in Botswana: FF & Detour.
