I'm almost positive that one half of the grey team is Romeo Horn, a former defensive back for San Diego State who last appeared on the roster in 2011

A day or two back, I saw a instagram picture of Az-Zahir Hakim and Darnay Scott at some football camp that was taken last year and I thought they looked like the Aztec team. Unfortunately, I can't find that picture now. I was intending to look further into it, but I haven't hadn't a chance to do it yet. However, one is 35 and the other is 41 and I'm not sure the Aztec team is quite that old.
Az-Zahir Hakim hasn't tweeted from his personal (@AzHakim_81) or Foundation (@Hakim4Kids) accounts since May 28th. Darnay Scott doesn't appear to have a twitter account. I did find what may be Darnay Scott's Facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/darnay.scott.5), which has activity in the last day or two, but the pictures of him now look younger than when he was in the NFL, so I'm not sure it is really his page.

According to the information compiled in Wikipedia, San Diego State University has had a football team going back to the merger of two colleges in 1921. Originally part of the NCAA Division II, it became a Division I school in 1969.
