Survivor curses

Only 5 people have been saved from a majority vote with the idol (Yau-Man, Amanda, Russell, Parvati, Penner) And from a tie vote (Tom, Jerri) My point is that having the HII barely guarantees anything and usually doesn't end up saving people.

Parvati didn't play any Idol before. She gave it to Jerri and Sandra.
And Rob played his HII at the Final 5. He didn't need it anyway, but it was the last time he could use it and he did. So the "curse" doesn't really apply.
I think the only curse for Survivor is the famous Car Curse, that's all.

And if your last name has a Hantz, you will most likely be hated by viewers and not win as well. :lol3:

The Tyson vote out episode? When Tyson switched his vote to Parvati and it got him voted out because Russell played the idol on Parvati?

I heard something about the first/last in the original intro never win. Could be wrong though.
