A taxi is not something that's "yours" the taxi driver can make his own choice of who he wants to drive or not. Peeking on another teams solution like that is very borderline cheating, but then again, Winnie should have covered it up better.
It is yours if you hired him and the meter is still running
The story so far:
In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move

Meghan sayed in her video review that she forgot the fanny pack while searching for Phil in the Terrace Downs pit stop. They were initially ahead of Hockey and Pam/Winnie.

I think they are not allowed to take another team's cab if the meter is still running, unless they agree to pay the cab the existing fare that's been incurred on the leg. With that, they are actually using their own money and causing themselves some sort of a disadvantage.

I did some TAR hunting in Bali and no wonder the locals do not know the pit-stop location that the racers were referring to. They do not normally open up that part of the beach for people. Heck, even the Roadblock location is actually a deck for beach chairs, where you will need to pay before you can access that area as well. The whole place was CONFUSING as hell and I ran up the same flight of stairs that Bates and Anthony were seen going up and down many many times as well, because there's just no way of finding out where the hell the exact pit-stop location is! :lol3:

The beach deck is the actual area where the Roadblock took place.

Remember who first ripped open their clue here?

Pamela and Winnie

The long winding steps that the racers had to climb. But before that they need to descend some really steep steps! Real hard work!

That's the Roadblock area that was locked.

And so, this was the start of the flight of stairs. You need to TURN RIGHT at a point, which is LOCKED (now) and hidden and not really seen by the locals.

And the steps go ALLLLL THE WAY UP!

The red shed was where the partners had to wait for the Roadblockers!

Can you find where the red shed is hidden now? And totally blocked off is the "pitstop" at behind the rocks, WHICH IS INACCESSIBLE. :knuckles: :knuckles: :knuckles: (at least on the day I went!)

Remember the racer who ran here aimlessly? :lol3:

NOTE: One of these monkeys may have been the stars at Ubud Monkey Forest. :lol3:

It was pretty direct that the location of the task was right in the heart of the forest, nothing much to do detective work about, and depending on where the monkeys bring their coconut, that's the location where teams have to pray and hope that the monkey open them and deliver their clue. :oh
