Ew, to me she just seems so bland and pathetic. It looks like she just lies around waiting to be voted off. I cannot see any strategic moves she's made, sorry.

She had the whole Fans tribe under her thumb or on the ropes if that counts for anything,

No she did not, she only had 4/10 of them - one of which was lazy Shamar :)

And also, i saw in some interview with Hope that Matt and Laura were actually with them all along and they flipped at the last minute to vote out Allie.

I agree with Joab. Laying low like an envelope is Sherri's best bet. Things went wrong for her when Shamar was evacuated and when the switch came. But that's survivor. You accept your cards, asses the game and make the best move possible with them.
