TAR 22 may go to South Africa, but I don't believe this tweet is meaningful for us. Why would a guy be running around with envelopes in South Africa if the teams haven't even left Vietnam yet?
There are a lot of local Amazing Race events in South Africa. I see them all the time on Twitter, so I'm not surprised we're seeing some tweets about them now.
